Presenting the Future

*after the first round of Konoha Chunin Exam*

"Naruto" a female voice called "the expected village representatives are all present and are seated in the conference hall" she said as she entered his office

"Expected, huh?" Naruto replied "so Kusa is still holding a grudge. Never mind them Kana, they can all fuck right off"

Kana Uzumaki is the mother of Karin Uzumaki. She was being used by Kusagakure as a healing fountain due to her special ability to heal people who bite her. She was among the first of his clan Naruto went for. When Kusa thought they would lose a valuable resource, they took Karin hostage in order to force Kana and Naruto to comply with their demands.

"Can you blame them?" Kana replied "you replaced their village with a forest and killed their entire Anbu sector including several Shinobi and their Kage equivalent"

"They shouldn't have taken a child hostage then" Naruto replied getting up from his desk

"I agree, but now people are calling you 'Inochikage' (life shadow) because of your wood release and your company name"

"Yeah, yeah" Naruto waved her off "is the presentation ready" he asked Kana as she is now working as his secretary. Most of the other Uzumaki's found are working for his company now instead of any specific village

"Yeah it's ready" she confirmed

In the large coliseum like room sat about thirty representatives from different parts of the continent alongside their escort. They ranged from politicians to noble to Kage. 'Inochi o ataeru ki' is a well-known and well respected company and very profitable as well. Today the people that are here want to maybe benefit themselves or their country or village. It mattered little as they are guaranteed something out of this.

When Naruto entered the room, he did so with confident strides till he reached the centre of the stage. Without thinking all the people present were standing the second he entered the room. They would never admit it out loud but even as powerful as they are; they feared him almost as much as they respected him.

Naruto simply stood on the stage for a second facing the audience "Welcome to Inoch o ataeru Ki's first international conference" he spoke with confidence "I am going to be your host for the evening, Naruto Uzumaki" he said with a slight gentleman's bow "I thank you for taking time from your busy lives to answer my humble summon"

The entire room sweat dropped thinking 'if your summon is humble then what is ours'

Naruto ignoring their reaction continued "please have a seat and let's begin the presentation of our coming products" as Naruto said that the side doors opened and several women entered pushing trollies with what looks like Sake Bottles and glasses on them "this is the first product which will be called 'Serene Sake', please feel free to try some. It's not going to get anyone even slightly drunk with a single cup"

The Hokage was the first at the trollies. Reaching there, he immediately took a cup and held it for one of the servants to fill. Seeing this the other representatives approached the trollies and did the same. Soon enough the people who tried the drink were feeling a lot lighter and much more lively.

Naruto waited for them patiently till they all retook their seats "the Serene Sake is made by the combined efforts of Tsunade Senju, her student Shizune and the rest of our medical research division. It possess the ability to balance the energies inside a person and stop them from going out of balance for a while after consumption" as he said this he saw a lot of ninja and some politicians look surprised "to explain the significance of this, most chakra exhaustion is caused by the lack of either the lack of physical aspect of chakra or spiritual aspect and it can cause a ninja to be unfit for duty for anywhere between 2 days and a week"

Naruto stopped talking when a look of realisation dawned on the others present "this can also help with the imbalance of natural chakra some people suffer from that causes them to go mad or turn to stone. Last but not least" Naruto paused and leaned forward to build up anticipation, when he saw everyone was quiet and he had their full attention he continued "it tastes great" it took a moment for his words and smirk to register in the minds of the audience but it did earn him a round of laughter "now that everyone is less serious, let's move on to the next product…"

the presentation continued for some time and with each new product developed or in development the audience grew more and more in anticipation for the finally

A while later

"and that brings us to our finale showing for the day" Naruto said "this is called a train, I have found some schematics for it in the land of snow as I was doing business there and was able to build one with the help of the Daimyo there" Naruto said as an image of a train running appeared on the big screen behind him, he then proceeded to do a few hand seals and then press them on the ground creating a large seal formation on the stage "who wants to go see it? I promis we'll be back within the hour" he said with a smile

If seeing the train wasn't enough to entice them, then experiencing the [Flying Thunder God] technique certainly did it. Soon enough everyone was inside the formation and ready.

Naruto made sure they were ready and one flash later, they were standing on a train station in the land of snow. Many were disoriented, some more than others, but they were mostly fine.

"The Jackets contain the anti-weather seal formation mentioned previously, just modified to fit clothing" Naruto explained in a business like matter before moving ahead of the group, leading them towards the train platform where people saw that they were still feeling warm even though they were standing in the open in the land of snow.

A minute later the train whistle can be heard from the distance and the snow can be seen flying in the air. Soon enough the train reached the station platform and stopped in front of them "ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the First train in the world" Naruto's smile turned from business to pleasure in an instant "Want to go for a ride?" Needless to say, no one refused.

"Good work" Naruto heard when he returned to Sparda

Looking at the speaker he replied "thanks, Suna"

Tsunade approached him and led him to a chair where he sat and she moved behind him and began to massage his shoulders

"So… what do you want?" Naruto asked sceptically

Tsunade acted offended "what? Can't I just be nice once in a while?"

"Aha" Naruto nodded "is it more gambling debt?"

Tsunade added more strength to her grip on his shoulder "want to try again"

Naruto not realy being hurt simply acted like it "OW, OW, sorry, sorry, I'm just joking" he said while squirming under her hold

*Sigh* "I do want something though" Tsunade admitted

"Aha" Naruto Jumped pointing his finger at her "I knew it"

"yeah, yeah, you're a genius" Tsunade said patronisingly "but seriously, you can't put it off forever"

"I know" Naruto answered quickly "I know, but I never really got the best experience in this field"

"C'mon Naruto, they are not the same people" Tsunade reasoned "these parents didn't abandon or abuse you, they died for you"

"And this present's another problem, what am I going to tell them 'hi I'm your not son son'?" Naruto continued to argue

After a moment pause Tsunade's expression turned to a mischievous one "Say, Naruto" Naruto felt a chill go down his spine seeing her expression "what was the thing you didn't like about Batman again?" she asked innocently "the thing stopping him from being the perfect hero or something, do you remember?"

Naruto narrowed his eyes at her "I am not acting broody" he countered "I'm simply worried"

"Oh I never said you were acting broody, did I?"

Naruto let out a long sigh "Fine, maybe a little" she didn't say anything and simply continued to look intensely at him "ok, ok, I'll reincarnate them" when she didn't let up he continued "and talk to them"

Tsunade simply puffed her chest putting her hands on her waist and smiling smugly "Good boy"

Naruto who heard her narrowed his eyes at her and that was her cue to run. It has been a long time since she acted like a kid.

She liked it.
