I was a normal person

Just a normal person

My hobbies were common as was my appearance and it was the same for my few friends.

I was not good at anything, neither in sports nor in studies, nor did I have a hobby in which I stood out.

There was simply nothing remarkable about me

But even a regular guy like me had something could be proud of

That was playing

Playing video games

I just couldn't stop

My hours played in general easily exceeded hundreds and reached thousands

Every game that passed through my hands, I played compulsively until I managed to complete it.

I could tell that no one could beat me when it came to knowledge of the games I played.

I loved playing so much that I was the first in line at the stores to buy the new game that had just been released on the market.

But even for someone like me the games got boring the more I played it

That was normal

However, among the games I played there was one that defied this rule and took up more than half the time I had played games in general.

¨Albor Academy ¨

Launched on the market as an RPG game of the "Academy" genre, setting in a western fantasy story l it conquered users with its unique gameplay, realist graphics and endearing characters. With excellent reviews, it was crowned the best RPG of the time. And I was a diehard player of this game

All the endings, hidden events and hidden characters I could say I had seen them all

This game had a wide variety of playable characters, from the hero chosen to save the world to the most helpless of the inmates.

Each character had a personal story about the problems they had to face. And the development of some chapters of the game varies from character to character.

Because of this, the difficulty varied from character to character, sometimes being normal or other times abnormally difficult.

Among these varied characters there was one that stood out from the rest for me.

Kari Wiseson

. Son of Count Wiseson of the Kingdom of Algurica, First year student at Albor Academy 

With an average background, he possessed an only unique ability and average statistics.

He was a character recommended to play alone if you wanted to beat the game on a normal difficulty

After all terms of background there were better options such as the grandson of the school principal, the most outstanding apprentice of the best magic tower or the crown prince of an empire.

In terms of abilities, while others they had varied and amazing abilities such as shooting flames or rays of light from his sword

Kai only had a unique skill called "evaluation" that could evaluate the condition of enemies, various materials and objects and although this would be useful throughout the adventure,

This ability it was nothing more than a support skill that would not be of any use in the middle of battle most important which were the central point of the game

It went without saying that his personal story was basic, a trite story about a son who must overcome the figure of his father and become his own person

passing the game with him was neither easy nor difficult

It was simply the definition of mediocre.

However, despite his shortcomings, he was my favorite character and the one with whom I saw the finale the most times.

I guess the reason was that it reminded me of me.
