The limo drove up to the manor gates where there were guards standing there.
When these guards came over to the limo to check who was inside, I could sense the magic energy coming from them.
These guards…were not weak.
These guards were giving off magic energy fluctuations that were similar to the C Rankers that I had met before.
So that meant that these guards were at least C Rank Awakeners.
Yet they were posted here to guard the gates.
If they were anywhere else, they would be people that would be respected by all, but here they were nothing more than guards.
That really put into perspective the power of the Long Group.
After the guards finished checking us, they let us through the gates.
But strangely, I almost felt as if the guards were giving me a strange look.
I couldn't be certain since they had deadpan looks on their faces, but I could have sworn that they were looking at me in a strange manner.
