The arrangements for Jiaojiao's schooling were soon sorted out. Among the part-time teachers at the night school, some were from the local elementary school. Suizi just gave them a heads up, and easily transferred her child there.
Thankfully, in that era, there wasn't the fuss over school district housing. Otherwise, getting into such a good school would have been harder than scaling the heavens.
Connections made things easier. When Jiaojiao's schooling was sorted, the whole family sighed in relief.
