Nayta, who just pushed Ein to safety, had an arrow piercing through her back, right at the place where her heart was. She turned her head to Ein, then smiled faintly before falling forward.
"Nayta!" Ein cried out loud as he caught her falling body.
Ein could feel her pulse getting slower and slower with every moment that passed. Blood flowed like a broken faucet, flowing out of her body along the tip of the arrow.
"No... No, no, no. This can't... This can't be happening!" Ein shook his head as his expression was twisted in fear. "Lilith, please! Please heal Nayta quick!"
