After hearing that negotiators face turned ugly and he looked towards the Emperor the Emperor who had a disappointed look on his face and just nodded and then the person replied

"Ok the Empire agrees to your condition" and extended his hand to which Rachel nodded and shook his hand but suddenly the person tried to show strength by tightening his hand and said "ah sorry! Maybe I couldn't control my strength"

But just as he was saying that Rachel also tightened her hand and the negotiator's hand got absolutely crushed like a mud

"AAAAHHHH MYYY HAANNDD? IT HURRTTTSSS!!"

Emperor was already in very tension after hearing the identity of Golden Turtle Organisation so be didn't thought much of what next happens next to surprise him but at hat time he wasn't aware that if what he heard right now was a bomb then what happens next is a explosion capable of erasing humanity from whole world.
