"Morena, are you looking down on me?"
"Those nobles and celebrities don't matter. Those classmates don't matter. The train terrorist attack doesn't matter. The fights between third-rate villains don't matter. The underground auction in Yorknew City doesn't matter."
"Even if it's a life-and-death struggle between the three major Mafia Family of the Kajin Empire, or the secret conflicts among the thirteen princes, it still doesn't matter. Do you understand?!"
Note: In the Kajin Empire, all royal family members are called "princes," regardless of gender, and the fourteenth prince has not been born yet.
Tserriednich narrowed his eyes as he watched Morena's neck turn red.
"As long as that old man doesn't back down, none of the thirteen princes can die. The three major Mafia families in the Kajin Empire must maintain balance. What you want is simply impossible."
Morena's face twisted in pain as he choked her, but she refused to give in or beg for mercy, as always.
There was something in her eyes that Tserriednich didn't like.
Although Morena had always been stubborn and wild, recently, she seemed to have gained some kind of confidence, believing that Tserriednich couldn't kill her.
Tserriednich was puzzled by this.
The difference in their strength and speed was significant. Even in a power struggle, he had the upper hand.
So, where did her confidence come from?
Finally, Tserriednich released her, allowing Morena to fall to the ground, and then he coughed violently.
"I'm warning you," Tserriednich said, glaring at her. "Don't cross the line. It's not your place to meddle in my affairs."
"In the end, women are all the same when stripped of their skin. I can support you, but I can also support other women."
After coughing for a while, Morena finally managed to steady her breathing.
She sat on the cold floor, chuckled a few times, and smiled at Tserriednich.
"Yes, Your Highness the Fourth Prince. I won't interfere."
Tserriednichh pursed his lips, ignored the strange woman whose thoughts he couldn't understand, and turned away.
Morena stood up.
This time, she didn't follow him. Instead, she looked up at the moon for a while, then turned and returned to the dance.
After a while, Germain came out from the corner.
Tserriednich and Morena?
He had witnessed their conversation and conflict, noticing something interesting.
The seemingly strong Tserriednich was just an ordinary strong man, while the seemingly weak Morena was a true Nen user.
Morena wasn't very strong among Nen users, especially compared to what Germain had mentioned.
Her Nen was hidden from others, but not from Germain.
It seemed she had just awakened her Nen ability recently. With her Nen, she could likely handle an adult male without much trouble.
As for Tserriednich, he didn't know anything about Nen abilities at this point.
During the Kakin Empire Succession War in the original timeline, he learned about Nen from Kurapika and picked it up from the guards hired by the Hunter Association.
This wasn't surprising. The Hunter Association had less than 700 members, and there were perhaps only 1,000 to 5,000 Nen users in the entire world, both known and hidden.
Even though Germain often met people in the same profession, it was mostly because of Stand users. People with Nen abilities tended to be drawn to one another.
All Nen users were powerless in the six continents filled with billions of people. Plus, the V5 executives and the Hunter Association kept the truth hidden, so even the four princes of the Kakin Empire were unaware of Nen abilities.
The King of the Kakin Empire is aware of Nen abilities, and it's likely that the eldest and second princes know about it as well. They are secretly recruiting and training people skilled in Nen.
Tserriednich is undeniably a Nen genius. His talent rivals that of Gon and Killua, and he quickly adapted to using Nen.
His awakened Nen ability is particularly frightening; it relates to predicting the future. If things go as expected, he could very well become the final boss.
But for now, he's just an ordinary pervert.
Germain, however, isn't concerned about this and continues to follow Tserriednich quietly.
This stealthiness is a specialty of the original body, as he used to be a skilled assassin.
It's unexpected for Germain to revert to his old habits today.
Meanwhile, Tserriednich returned to his room, and Mark along with two guards immediately saluted him.
Tserriednich nodded casually. He didn't feel the need to force a smile in front of his trusted confidants.
Mark stepped forward quickly, smiling as he said, "Your Highness, I've prepared two women waiting inside. They're models from the Yorbian Continent, accompanied by a wealthy man..."
"Okay, okay," Tserriednich waved his hand dismissively. "That doesn't matter. I want to get to know them myself."
Mark noticed that the prince was in a bad mood and quickly agreed.
Tserriednich waved his finger like a conductor leading an orchestra and said, "You can go now."
This was his habit. He wanted this time for himself and didn't want to be disturbed.
This wasn't the first time Mark and the two guards had encountered a situation like this. They all bowed and saluted, then stepped aside to let them through the door and moved back to wait in the hallway.
When Tserriednich pushed the door open, he saw two women in the well-lit room.
One woman had long black hair, a nice figure, and was wearing glasses. She tilted her head to watch a blood-red fish in the tank, admiring its vibrant color.
The younger woman had long blond hair, was wearing a black baseball cap, and was sitting quietly on the sofa, flipping through Time magazine.
Two women with very different personalities?
He liked that.
When Shizuku and Kurapika turned around at the sound, they saw a friendly face smiling at them.
An ordinary person would have been thrilled to receive such attention from a prince.
However, the two women remained calmer than he expected. Tserriednich frowned slightly, then relaxed.
He had seen self-important women before, but they all turned out to be the same in the end.
"Hello. I'm the Fourth Prince, Tserriednich. Please don't be too formal. Just be yourselves."
"To stay connected with reality, I need to hear from different people often. That's why I asked Mark to help me find two lovely girls. It must be you..."
He kindly invited Shizuku and Kurapika to sit down but didn't rush into anything. Instead, he asked for their names and started chatting with them.
