Now, for the most part, if an SCP is sapient, it is classified as Euclid, and often are quite dangerous, but have a garuanteed way of recontaining them, even if it's not simple. A prime example of this is SCP 173, an anomalous statue made of concrete with spray paint, a statue made out of concrete and rebar, or a weird thing with a paper bag over its head, depending on which lore you follow. SCP 173's recontainment method is to not break direct line of sight with it, or just have at least one person looking at it. The foundation's rules say that atleast 2 people must have line of sight at all times, meaning no less than 3 people in its containment cell at once. So, once again, simply follow the rules that the SCP has as a weakness, and you should be fine.
