Falling off the cliff

"What did you say?" Yin Zhu was sure that she has misheard him. There was no way the man just suggested something so horrendous right? He was the young master of a well-off family!

" You are being quite informal with me, why is it do you think I am being too nice to you?" He asked as he twirled the cigar in his hand and then brought it near her face.

" Don't…" Yin Zhu cried when she saw the amber glow of the cigar getting closer to her face, she wasn't one of the women who cared about how she looked and she knew that even if she did get a scar, her sister will patch her soon.

But she was afraid of pain.

And it was just her misfortune that she was caught by the young master who was born with the power of making others suffer in pain.

Just as the amber glow was approaching her, Yin Zhu closed her eyes but then the heat vanished and she felt a sharp pain in her chest as she screamed out.

If she was screaming in terror earlier, this time she was screaming in pure agonising pain. Her chest was burning like someone has stung a burning hot needle inside her, and her teary gaze met with that of the man who had the cigar pressed against his chest.

But unlike her, he was barely flinching. He was calm, bored even like he was used to this pain so much that he couldn't even feel it.

As she looked at those dead eyes, a thought despite all the pain that she was going through popped into her head. What exactly has this man gone through? How can he be so calm in the face of pain like this?

This was her flaw, she was curious about things about which she shouldn't even care, but here she was wondering why the man's head was messed up like this.

Maybe it has something to do with her being an omega but she was always an empath. She wouldn't call anyone evil until she saw the worse in them and knew that there was no saving them.

" Pl…please stop, you ar..are hurting me," she bit her lip as she spat those words in between her screams.

For a minute she thought that the man wouldn't listen to her but then he took his cigar away and the pain that was sticking her heart like a hot needle also vanished.

" Now what do you call me sweetheart?" He asked like a teacher was teaching a bad student and Yin Zhu had to bite her tongue to hurl the most worse curses that she had on the tip of her tongue.

" Second young master," she answered because she knew that she couldn't fight him. It killed her that she has to lower her head in front of a man like this but she was someone who firmly believed revenge was best served when it was cold.

She will get back at him, oh she will. If she survives this, then she was going to definitely make him pay.

" Now your answer, what do you choose?" He asked and this time his lips curled in a Cheshire Cat grin, if she wasn't hanging by the edge of the cliff, she would have appreciated how nice the man looked when he smiled but she knew that he was smiling because he was thinking of all sort of the dooms that he has come up with. " Will you go down on your knees and suck me like a good little girl? I bet the image of you choking on my length would be impressive as well."

Yin Zhu felt sick, she didn't know how can she be this unlucky but she still drew in a breath and then closed her eyes. If she was going to die anyway then she might as well die with pride.

" Let me go," she replied taking even herself by surprise.

The second young master's eyes widened slightly as he asked, " What did you say?"

" Let me go," she repeated despite her heart thudding against her chest, she refused to bow her head to this man much less go on her knees and serve him. " I will rather die than do something like that, I am a maiden who was raised to respect her morals."

" Morals huh?" The man echoed as he started to loosen his grip on her wrist. " Do you think I won't let you go? Is that why you are doing this?"

Yin Zhu caught hold of his wrist and then did something stupid, " On the contrary, I think you will let me go." But she was gambling, gambling that he will save her as he said.

As she spoke she flung his hand away, the string holding her vanished and then she watched as the man's eyes widened.

She closed her eyes as the fear that has been threatening to claw its way out broke through and then she was falling with winds screaming in her ears.
