Kuro slightly stared off his eyes from the book he was reading as he looked at the group of children that was playing amongst themselves.

They were a happy normal children, playing tags, happily. Him? a plague that is apparently to cause a misfortune around him... or the traitor of humanity.

As he hid his loneliness, he returned his gaze to the book he was reading as he hear a footsteps closing in.

"Kuro, are you here again?" Led showed his bright smile as he greeted Kuro.

"It's... comforting to read books here." Along with perfectly normal tone, Kuro's eyes never left the book.

"...Wanna play together?" Hearing that emotionless voice from him, Led invited him to play... despite the many good children around Kuro.

'There's no way people would hear that knight's scream amongst this chaos...' Kuro thought as he looked the knights which surrounded him.

"Would you mind letting us off?" Kuro tried to buy time.

"That's, not allowed. we're ordered to kill every single citizens in Agrenoria... but you can be exception." One of the knights, probably the leader said it.

"Then, could you at least tell me the reason why you're attacking the Agrenoria?" Whilst saying that, Kuro had different thoughts.

'So, that confirms thing; they were watching me since the time I came here... and they should already know that I uses Spatial Esper...

At the next instances, Kuro couldn't even see the swords travel the air as it suddenly appeared in the ground which Kuro was in before.

"Be careful of his dark magic, dark magician is crafty and has the ability to nullify our sense. If you were hit even once, our chances of capturing him will lessen." as the seemingly leader said,

The knight silently understood his warning as they attacked Kuro in matched movement—as Kuro dodged the swordsman's attack,

the spearman from behind attacks him to make up for the opening swordsman make when finished attacking.

Kuro opened his mouth 'seemingly chanting something' while dodging the attacks of the groups of knight as this didn't escape from the sight of magician.

"Everyone Jump! He is casting dark magic: Black Spike!" At the voice of magicians, everyone unified as they jumped at once.

"Hu-huh? Where... is the magic circle...?"

One rule from magic casting: Once you chant something, no matter how much you wills it, you can't faint it as it will definitely appear.

But that rule can be avoided as long as you haven't made contract with god.

Thereby, although Kuro have definitely chanted... even 'hiding it,' nothing appeared—after all, he didn't create the magic circle with his Kuroma(Origin Mana)

With every knights except the cavalry in the air, Kuro swiftly step in to enter within the formations of enemies, while shooting around him.

Each bullets piercing the sturdy armors of the knights, only to be stopped when it's inside the flesh of the knights' leg,

Kuro repeated process in a short time while they were in the air, unable to make an movement, he was truly fast and accurate as every knights was pierced with bullets in their legs.

As for killing? Kuro wasn't as dumb to do that. Knights had more value alive than dead. Therefore, they will try to heal the injured knights, helping with Kuro's escape.

Not to mention, bullets were stuck inside the Knight's flesh, if it wasn't taken out soon, the Knights will die from metal poisoning.

In the end, the only one uninjured were the 3 bowman and 1 cavalry, riding in his horse. The 3 bowman were in faraway so they didn't have to jump up to dodge Kuro's faint [Black Spike].

and the cavalry were riding in his horse, so he didn't need to jump because his horse will take the damage for him.

Entering the Knights' formation and exiting out of it, in a short time, he escaped from the knights' entrapment as he ran with all his might while focusing onto his Ki Sense to be able to react from upcoming arrows.

"L-leader... its hurt..." One of the knight shot in leg said pitifully as he cried in pain.

The next instances, the person riding in his horse got off as he walked nearer the fallen knights.

"Let's say, you were beheaded cleanly by the spatial magic of enemies." Leaving an amused voices, he cut off his allies' head with the swords he had.
