Chapter 8: Fifty Million Views

[Fan points allow the host to increase a certain grade]

"How many fan points do I need to increase my vocal grade?" Ethan asked.

[Exactly 10 million fan points]

'Considering that it will increase my vocals permanently, the pricing is quite alright.' Ethan thought.

Ethan then checked StarStruck's official page, his photos taken by Yosef were posted on Mestagram and garnered over five-hundred-thousand likes.

[Current Points: 2 Million]

Ethan rose a smile seeing the amount of fan points that kept pouring in. 

Meanwhile, inside StarStruck's company, the crew was flabbergasted by the number of views in just a day, after they uploaded the photos of Ethan, other modeling agencies wanted him to pose for their photos, and some brands were even asking for Ethan.

"This is..." Noah with his mouth agape couldn't handle the amount of view and almost fainted. It was too much! The reaction from the viewers was far too much than he had expected.

"Come to think of it, how much royalty rate did you give him Noah?" Peter their accountant asked.

"Umm, I didn't know that their reaction would be like this...I gave 9 percent of royalty rate to us in three years the contract would be renewed.." Noah answered.

"Well all of us didn't know that it would shoot to fame like this so it's understandable. Besides we don't want to appear as if we are ripping our musicians off, so it's a good pricing and Ethan is still new." Henry added.

"Right, but what about the payment? Did you pay him in advance?" Peter asked glancing at Noah.

"Not yet...I haven't paid him." Noah replied.

"How much are we going to pay him? Did you put it in the contract?" Peter asked, he wasn't in the company for two days thus he wasn't there to help out Noah with the contract regarding the profits and distribution.

"10,000" Noah replied a bit awkward seeing Peter's expression.

"It's alright Noah, besides the contract would renew in three years right? That's enough time for us." Peter said, immediately he began computing the profits that they would garner from Ethan's two-record single.

Alexa was in her room looking at the photos of Ethan that were posted by the company currently handling his idol.

"He looks so handsome.." Alexa with her red flushed face covered herself with the pillow.

"Excuse me? If you forget your two friends are here watching you." Jane said which made Alexa flush even more.

"W-What are you two doing here?!" Alexa embarrassed asked.

"We've been here from the start.." Hannah was looking at her friend and replied.

"You've been looking at his pictures for a while now...You didn't even hear us enter from the fricking door." Jane added.

"Oh.." Alexa once again flushed red from her friend's comments.

"Gurl you've been like obsessed with this guy? Don't tell me you're going to become like those weirdos who stay at their homes all day watching their idols from their computer screens. and ya know beat off?" Hannah said and earned a smack from Jane.

"What are you even spouting?!" Jane with an angry expression said.

"What?!" Hannah replied angrily.

"Where did you even get that idea?" Jane asked.

"Well....Nevermind." Hannah replied and began scrolling through social media.

'What if I am becoming a creep?' Alexa thought worriedly.

Meanwhile, Ethan who was resting his head on the bed had trouble sleeping. Thus he decided to write more songs for the future.

Holding a pen and a notebook, Ethan began writing songs for his future record singles. He wrote only the songs he could remember, and after writing Ethan fell asleep.

"Ethan get in, get in!" Noah was outside of Ethan's apartment building and escorted Ethan inside the car.

"Is everything alright?" Ethan asked.

"Oh, well I'm just really happy and excited! Two record singles were uploaded and yet the two managed to earn millions of views! Not only that we have received tons of modeling gigs and Ryan has also given us a schedule...Is that alright with you Ethan?" Noah asked.

"Sure, can you give me the schedule?" Ethan asked to which Noah gave him a list of tasks to do in a day. "This is a lot.."

"Yeah....I just hope we finish it in a day.." Noah said.

When they arrived at the company, Henry, Ryan, Rachel, Amanda, and Peter greeted Ethan with wide smiles. Henry even had a confetti to congratulate Ethan.

"We have amazing news!" Rachel said excitedly and continued. "Photograph and Happier both gained 50 million views!" Rachel who was very excited hugged Ethan.

"Ok, I don't think you should get that close," Henry said and pulled Rachel away from Ethan. "Sorry, she's a bit drunk."

"Congrats Ethan!" Ryan, Amanda, and Peter said at the same time earning a smile from Ethan.

"Ok everyone, I know everyone's happy but Ethan still has an appointment." Noah stepped forward. "Now Ethan let's grab some few things and let's get going." 

"Sure." Ethan expressed his thankfulness to the other as he helped Noah grab some documents.

After their quick trip to the company, Noah and Ethan were standing outside of a recording studio.

"The first on our list is an interview, Ryan proposed this interview. Besides they also asked for you." Noah said. 

As they went inside, they were greeted by one of the crews. The two were guided inside the studio and Ethan was told what to do by the crew.

"You just sit there on the stool, and our interviewer would just ask you some simple questions." One of the crew's said and Ethan nodded in response.

It was a small studio, but popular on ITube.

Ethan sat on the stool, and the interviewer entered the studio.

"Sorry everyone I'm late..." The woman with blonde hair and blue eyes holding a coffee cup said.

The makeup artists immediately freshened up her makeup, while the other crew members took away her purse and coffee.

"Alright everyone we'll start in about two minutes! So hurry up!" The director said and everyone immediately started fasting their movements.
