Hogwarts Professor

After eighteen years of ordinary life, what would you do if you suddenly found yourself in the world of *Harry Potter*? For Eisen, the answer was simple: blend in. He thought it would be best to become a low-key professor at Hogwarts, just another face in the crowd, teaching students with minimal attention. Nothing too flashy. But then, you ask about the "System"—that mysterious power that grants extraordinary abilities. Eisen chuckled. "System? Sure, it’s useful, but it’s not enough to make me Invincible instantly," he said, brushing it off. Still, deep down, he knew that with this unique power, his life might not stay so quiet for long. It will be a long story the hero won't change the plot much the first year he will be an observer, for his own convenience and also because he doesn't have much power. You will start to notice changes in the second year. Translated with major modifications and deletion of toxins and racism.

Chapter 78: Phantom Invisibility

"Professor Eisen, are you ready?" Professor McGonagall asked seriously, glancing at Dumbledore as she noticed Eisen standing against the wall at the back of the Charms classroom.

Hiss - ho -

Eisen took a deep breath, nodded, and said nothing. He thought he would feel confident, having practiced Apparition before, but unexpectedly he still felt a bit nervous. Perhaps it was the novelty of experimenting with a brand-new spell. Clearing his mind, he focused entirely on the enhanced version of Apparition.

Following the same three "D" principles, he visualized his destination, resolutely summoned his magic, and combined it with the theory of partial human body transformation.

In an instant, Eisen's figure disappeared and reappeared on the podium at the front of the classroom. He felt a flash before his eyes, and suddenly, he was at his destination. After moving slowly to make sure everything was fine, he finally smiled.

Dumbledore, McGonagall, and Flitwick had drawn their wands, prepared to intervene if anything went wrong. But seeing that Eisen was safe, they lowered their wands.

"Professor Eisen, are you alright?" Dumbledore asked, his tone full of concern.

"As you can see, Professor Dumbledore, I'm perfectly fine," Eisen replied, moving around to show he was unharmed. With a grin, he added, "I think we've successfully developed this spell!"

Seeing that Eisen was unscathed, the professors let out a collective sigh of relief, their expressions turning joyful.

Eisen, too, was filled with excitement. This time, he had achieved something extraordinary through his own abilities, without relying on his "Gold Finger" advantage. Although he had received help from the professors, the spell's completion was due to his own efforts—a thrill that made him feel even more captivated by the magical world.

"So, Professor Eisen, how did it feel casting this spell?" Professor Flitwick asked with a smile, noticing Eisen's triumphant look.

"It felt... incredible." Eisen's smile broadened. "With regular Apparition, there's a sensation of being squeezed, as if your whole body is compressed into a tube, followed by a loud pop when you reappear. But this new spell—I'm calling it 'Phantom Invisibility'—is completely comfortable. No constriction, no noise. Plus, as you can see, it bypasses Hogwarts' protective enchantments. It's truly a marvelous spell."

"Professor Eisen, I must remind you," McGonagall said sternly, "this 'Phantom Invisibility' spell should never be published. We can't risk dark wizards infiltrating Hogwarts."

"Of course, Professor McGonagall. I'm a professor here; I'd never endanger Hogwarts. You have my word," Eisen assured her with understanding, emphasizing his loyalty.

"Now that Professor Eisen has successfully cast Phantom Invisibility, my old bones can rest easier!" Dumbledore said with a nod and a smile.

"Professors, aren't you going to try using Phantom Invisibility yourselves?" Eisen asked, surprised as they turned to leave. Given their involvement in its development, he assumed they'd want to master the spell.

But Eisen's eyes widened as he realized what was happening.

With a mischievous wink, Dumbledore smiled at him before disappearing on the spot. In disbelief, Eisen watched McGonagall and Flitwick vanish one after another.

"Those sly old foxes! They've already mastered Phantom Invisibility!" Eisen muttered, regaining his composure. He wasn't too bothered, though; after all, they had far more experience in magic than he did.

Excited by his newfound ability to move freely and instantaneously, Eisen disappeared from the Charms classroom in a flash and reappeared in his dormitory.

Once there, he took stock of his abilities, reviewing the information displayed on his Gold Finger character panel:

- **Character:** Eisen Turner

- **Extraordinary Talent:** Magic (Activated)

- **Magic Value:** 8500 (increasing by 10 points daily)

- **Extraordinary Traits:** Excellent-level Spellcasting (Fit: 115, fused), Legendary-level Immortality (fused), Perfect-level Observation (fused)

- **Miracle Feature:** 0 copies (1 obtained automatically each year)

While his traits remained unchanged, his magic power continued to grow daily, strengthening him steadily. And now, with the successful development of Phantom Invisibility, he could roam the world freely.

Since Phantom Invisibility didn't involve spatial constriction, he could even cast a Disillusionment Charm on himself beforehand, then use Phantom Invisibility to travel undetected. This approach would allow him to teleport even more stealthily.

The need for magic items like Portkeys had also lessened. While Portkeys enabled fixed-point teleportation, Eisen saw no need for such devices, given his mastery of Phantom Invisibility, especially as his miracle traits were limited.

Originally, Eisen had considered forgoing the ability to fly. Without Phantom Invisibility, flying around Hogwarts could have been useful to speed up his movements. But with Phantom Invisibility, flight seemed unnecessary.

Yet, he found himself reconsidering. Muggles and wizards alike could fly using tools, but the idea of flying independently, soaring through the sky or even into space, offered an unparalleled freedom beyond teleportation.

So, Eisen decided to keep the flight feature as an option. Still, the addition of Phantom Invisibility marked a substantial leap in his abilities.

Of course, despite his newfound power and flexibility in combat, Eisen vowed never to become overconfident. If he could avoid confronting Voldemort directly, he would do so at all costs.

After all, with Dumbledore and the others having mastered Phantom Invisibility, Eisen felt reassured. As his understanding of magic continued to deepen, he hoped to devise other means of strengthening their defenses against dark forces.

Perhaps he'd create an "Enhanced Looking Glass" and give it to Dumbledore to aid their cause.

Anyway, Eisen felt that he was just secretly increasing the strength of friendly units, and it was no big deal. Therefore, he can still be a passer professor, and he was happy with that.

I hope your like the chapter 😊.
