Chapter 18 Christmas Presents Are Here And Ready

Amara's POV

The minute I walked inside the kitchen I hear everyone talking, "Amara! Come on, we are doing secret Santa today. I put your name inside." Lisa says as she presses her hands against my back, showing me the way to where everyone was. I settled down onto the chair. "Alright everyone." Lorenzo was sitting beside Katy; Gabriel was besides his friend Jake and Marco was besides Maria holding her with him. They looked so in love. Lisa was standing beside aunt Cathy holding a bowl in her hands.

"We are doing secret Santa, because Amara is new to our family traditions, she will pick the name first." I see a mug being placed in front of me, I turn my head to see Matteo with a small smile. I thank him and look at my hand, my eyes staring at the engagement ring. I sighed as I slightly fiddled with it.
