Chapter 19
Anastasia locked the bathroom door behind her. She slowly brought out the paper she 'stole' earlier from Robb's collection.
Her hands trembled, as she swallowed eagerly, hoping to find something meaningful in it. Her eyes squinted when she finally saw what the paper contained.
Her brows furrowed, seeing some letters, underscore, and numbers mixed up, looking like a code. There was no explanation concerning the code.
Anastasia paced up and down around the bathroom for a while. She tilted her head a little and took in deep breaths.
Jamie said he doesn't work with Robb. Yet, Robb said he had to deliver those paperwork to Jamie. Also, why does she feel sudden negative energy from Robb and even her mother?
Anastasia sighed. "I must be overthinking," she said, bringing out her phone from her sweatpants. She sat on the yoga mat in the bathroom and took several pictures of the code.
