The hotel Benedito had instructed Pedro to book for us was nothing like what I expected. It was so painfully modern I immediately hated it when we stepped into the lobby. Rich snobby people looked at me with curiosity as I walked alongside Dito who was talking on the phone.
I had to admit he was extremely attentive when he wanted to be but once his phone rang he would be stuck on it for at least ten minutes. What made it incredibly boring was I never understood what language he spoke in which made snooping incredibly boring.
We stepped into the elevator and went to one of the highest floors. He easily led me to one of the suites which told me he had spent nights here before. When we entered my frown only grew deeper. I tugged on his arm to grab his attention but he made a biting motion to me which told me to stop disturbing him.
