Chapter 2

It wasn't a long walk to the ramen stand, Sasuke decided to stay quiet as he watched the interaction between Sakura and Naruto, which was just Naruto's poor attempts at either conversation or flirting.

It was either straight up ignored, or ended up in Naruto's head getting smashed to the ground, which was definitely amusing.

Soon they were in the stand, able to duck easily under the flaps into the stand. Naruto's loud voice sounded out.

''I'm back!"

''That Naruto I hear? The same as usual I presume?" Said out an old voice.

"Yes please! I brought my team members!''

Soon, an older man came out with a smile, whipping his hands on his apron. ''What can I get you two?"

"Spicy Tonkotsu Miso, extra sprouts." Sasuke ordered something spicy, the sprouts were a personal preference, even before he had been Sasuke, he enjoyed vegetables, and now being Sasuke it was only even more so, later he would try to see if he could make any ramen with tomatoes in them. Since he wasn't quite where there was any.

''I'll get the normal Tonkotsu Miso... E...Extra pork."

The old man grinned before nodding. ''Coming right up!"

Soon he retreated back into the kitchen, while he left Sasuke went into his usual pose, resting his elbows onto the counter and leaning forward to rest his chin on his thumbs, some of his lower face hidden behind his fingers, still able to speak clearly.

''So, any idea's on how we're going to win against our Teacher?"

"Charge forth and beat him up!" Naruto said, puffing out his chest like he just solved the biggest mystery, only to earn him a strike across the back of the head from Sakura.

At least she was useful for that.

''You can't just charge a Jonin idiot! If you can't fight Iruka in a spar while he's holding back, you wouldn't even be able to touch a Jonin!"

"What's so special about a Jonin?" Naruto was rubbing his head, trying to soothe the pain away.

''There are levels to a ninja Naruto, we as Genin are classified as the weakest, of course, there are certain things that make us better than most Genin."

"Sakura's intelligence, all though she hasn't been using it much is still what brought her to the top of the class academically. Whereas some might see it as a bad thing, her small chakra reserves also make it much easier for her to learn chakra control, shown in the fact during the leaf exercise she was always ahead of everyone."

"Naruto, you've got a large amount of chakra and are of sturdy build. Your smaller size is also beneficial, you're fast and if you didn't wear such bright clothing, you'd even be rather stealthy. If you put some indicative training into your Taijutsu you'd be a force to be reckoned with."

"I knew I was better than everyone! I've got a large chakra!" Naruto grinned.

''Larger chakra doesn't always mean better. You do have more chakra, meaning you can cast more jutsu's, and even strengthen them by putting more chakra into them, but it also means your finer chakra control is bad. If you had done chakra training properly, like the leaf sticking exercise, you'd be able to do the clone jutsu.''

''Why can't I use it now then?"

Sasuke released a sigh. ''Something I hate about the academy, is that no one tried to help you understand this. The Clone Jutsu requires a great deal of chakra control, too much and you'll end up with the usual clone you produce, too little and it won't even form properly."

"So you're saying... All this time I just needed to do the leaf sticking exercise?"

"Not, just the leaf sticking exercise. You have a massive amount of chakra Naruto, more than most Jonin could ever hope to have. Meaning you would require a lot more practice."

Naruto let out a groan, his chin resting on the counter as he mumbled. ''But sitting still to do it is so hard! Is it because of my large chakra I find it hard to stay still?''

Sasuke raised a brow to that. ''You know Naruto, that's a good guess. But you're misunderstanding something, nothing says you need to stay still while practicing chakra control.''

''But in class, they always had us remained seated?"

''Because it was easier to deal with seated kids, where they could easily see if anyone was having issues.  Naruto, while you're running or jumping between buildings, you use your chakra, correct?"

"Yeah, I don't mean to though.''

Sasuke nodded softly. ''It's because you have so much to spare, it just naturally happens, but think if you could control that, you could make yourself a lot faster, stronger. Much like the leaf sticking exercise, you can even stick yourself to surfaces like a spider."

Naruto's brain seemed to be working, it looked like he was struggling, but it seemed to be getting across. ''So you're saying, try to do the leaf sticking exercise while moving?''

''For now? Try small rocks, normally rocks are harder because it requires more control to apply more chakra, but you on the other hand will naturally put more chakra into it. I think it was... Hold ten rocks on you, for ten minutes, and you'd succeed? Start with one rock, when you can go about your normal day having one or two rocks on you, then keep adding more. Once you can apply at least 5 rocks all day? We'll try and help you move to the smaller stuff."

"Here ya'll are!" The old man returned with three bowls of ramen just as Sasuke finished speaking. Giving their thanks the three began to eat, Naruto for maybe the first time in his life wasn't scarfing it down, too busy thinking about everything said.

It was silent for the most part before Sakura spoke up.

''Sasuke... Is there anything I can do to get stronger?"

Sasuke finished slurping up the noodles he was eating as he used a napkin to dap at his mouth, like a proper gentleman before he spoke.

''Well, there are a few things, the biggest thing is your excellent chakra control would make you good at genjutsu naturally, maybe not the best, but it's always good to have an extra card up your sleeve since we're Genin now we have access to the academy second-floor library. Head there when you can and pick up some starting genjutsu, a few books on how to properly break them, and how to become aware that you're in a genjutsu. If you get proficient enough, you'd even be able to help break others out of one."

"The second is medical ninjutsu, which is hard to learn, but with your mind, you might take it up naturally. But first, focus on building your medical knowledge as a whole, with first aid, and battle medical skills, I'm not sure if the library will have much of that, but you can always go to the hospitals, they give out free guides to any Genin interested, and I can see if there are any notes about it in my clan's Library as well.''

"The third is building up your chakra reserves through meditation, it will take a while and you won't see results immediately, but you will notice a large difference over time as long as you do it every night, it's also a good way to relax, and think over everything you did in the day, and see if you could do better.''

''The last and final thing really, is Taijutsu training. All of us need to become good in taijutsu for the simple fact is, no matter how much chakra, no matter how smart, it doesn't mean anything if we can't keep up. It is also good to keep your body in shape and healthy, and if that isn't a good enough incentive. You'd be fit and keep a great figure.''

Sakura's eyes lit up to the first three, but it became a raging inferno the moment he mentioned a great figure, though he can't blame her. Ninja or not, women will still care about their appearance to a certain extent. Take Tsunade for example, she was one of, if not the strongest female ninja out there, but she used skills and jutsu's to make herself look younger.

Although, with her seal and how it worked, she aged a lot faster compared to others.

After that, they finished their ramen, Sasuke had another bowl, Sakura took one to go, and Naruto after his mind finished as much thinking as he could do for the day, ended up scarfing down ten bowls.

As Sasuke said he did pay for the meal, he was a rich young master after all.

When they split up Sasuke headed directly to the Uchiha compound, once he entered the main gates it became quiet quickly, as he made his way to the middle of it where his house rested.

Once he took off his shoes and entered, he took a shower and changed into a more comfortable set of clothing, a simple dark tank top, and black shorts.

Heading into his Father's old office, he went behind the desk. Standing in front of the desk he looked around, it had been so many years since he last entered, having never entered after that night of his clan's death. The day his Brother murdered his own clan.

Standing there he shook his head before his black coal-like eyes suddenly shifted, his eyes becoming red as both eyes showed a single tomoe Sharingan.

He had these all along, it was only suppressed memory that kept him from properly activating them until it was finally pushed out of him.

He had watched his clan, and his own parent's death, of course, he had unlocked them far earlier than people think.

Once his eyes shifted, he was able to make out the smallest, impossible-to-see hole. thinner than a needle's point. Walking over he pressed his thumb to it, and after a quick prick of his finger. The wall slid open, showing stairs leading down.

Once he made his way down these stairs a bit the wall closed behind him, torches lighting up as he traveled down until he was in what looked to be a large study, tall bookshelves lining the sides of the room since his eyes were still active he could tell that the further the bookshelves were from where he entered, the older the books got.

There was a fireplace already alit with blue flames and a cozy seating place, despite it having been a very long time, the place was well kept. Thanks to the many fuinjutsu seals that littered this place, the same seals that allowed him access once it confirmed he was the heir to the clan.

His eyes skimmed the bookshelves before it game to a few rows of scrolls. Walking over he looked at some of the labels before he pulled off one from the shelf.

It was a Shadow Clone Scroll, and after a brief look, he memorized it thanks to his eyes.

He could use the jutsu with just one hand seal, but that would require more chakra.

The thing about hand seals is yes, as you got better with them, mastered chakra control, and mastered jutsu's you could significantly reduce the time it took to make the seals, or downright make it so only one seal activated the jutsu.

However because of the shorter activation, it required more chakra, some jutsu's this was negligible, but for a jutsu like the Shadow Clone, as long as he performed the seals properly he could make a clone that could last quite a bit longer since it's chakra would be better activated.

It halved chakra, yes. But it was like warming up before a workout, warming up made it run a lot smoother.

As he went through the hand signs, a clone of him appeared in a puff of smoke. They looked at each other and the clone nodded before it turned and began to go through a random book with the Sharingan activated.

It would reduce the time the clone would be able to stay by quite a bit, but it was also more efficient in remembering every book in here if he did do it.

While his clone worked on remembering every book near the back, he himself worked on the jutsu scrolls first, then the front.
