Chapter 1

"The Philippine Government became more corrupt and people are suffering. People want change, people in Visayas and Mindanao wants the same improvement as what it is happening in Luzon. Somewhat Federalism you may call. The "Tres Salvadores" started in a lower position and gradually manages to reach the higher position. They went through holes and scatters power through political dynasty. Why they are successful, you may ask? Its because people favor them. They brought many positive changes in the country. The three saviors then divided their power. One will manage the island of Luzon, the other in Visayas, and one in Mindanao. Though the country is divided into triarchy, each King manage to develop their islands while maintaining connections to the others islands and the globe..."

The New Philippine History professor uttered. Gosh, how I hate history. How I wish to get my nails done. It's so dull the color na.

"I still can't believe that we are now in the second generation of King ruling." Nice uttered, my brilliant half-African bff.

"Don't tell me your into this history, Nice?" Isle said, my Russian whose Filipino at heart said.

"Duh, Philippines was a democratic country Isle but hindi ko masisi ang mga Filipino citizens why they'd give up their votes to the Tres Salvadores because they brought Philippines into a new country. No one is poor." Nice defended.

"Enough with the history. No one is poor yet everyone is obliged to do work without end. Anyways, how 'bout getting our nails done. Whose with me?" I butted.

"The US!" maarteng sambit ng dalawa and the professor sshhed us na ikina-tawa lang namin.

In the year 2050, we are the 'It Girls' we are sassy, flawless, fashion-driven, and popular but we just don't have the body and face we also have the brains. We are not the typical "Mean Girls" that you know and besides we are not mean, bullying is so long vanished; part of history. As what Nice said, we are in a new country, a new and much better era of Philippines wherein corruption is only part of our history books. There are many changes in the Philippines but I'm not going to tackle those since those are not the focus of this story.

Have I introduced myself? I am Natasha Imari Ybañez Stanton or 'Asha' since the school law is only to use the school name somewhat like stage name and you can't ask people their real name; its disrespect and for privacy ofc. My family is one of the most influential people you'll know in this new Philippines.  We are not Royal bloods but we have our close knit with the Royalties.
