"Ah, this? I don't know. But since they put it around my wrist, I couldn't use my powers," Maria said.
"You can't be serious! You've had this around your wrist for almost a day and you knew nothing about it, yet you didn't say anything about it. How dumb could you get, Maria?" Audrey was frustrated.
"This is a power inhibitor, Maria, that's why you couldn't use your power," Audrey informed.
"Oh, I see," Maria said.
Audrey rolled her eyes, "Unlocked," Audrey said and the locked bracelet clicked, falling into Maria's lap.
"Wow, thanks, cuz. What would I do without you?" Maria asked, hugging Audrey.
"Get off me you witch," Audrey pushed her away.
Sandra chuckled and stood from the chair.
"So..." She lowered herself beside Maria on the bed.
"What's your supper power?" Sandra was curious to know since she couldn't see Audrey use her powers, she was curious to know how a witch worked.
"I'm a healer," Maria said.
