-----------------------------------
1988, 12th January. Poppy orphanage.
It was a rainy day, and the Orphanage children were still doing their work in the garden.
A child with deep blue eyes like an ocean was among other children somewhere in the back of the garden.
He had dark short but uncut hair and was about 140cm in height.
That particular child suddenly had a light around him but no other children noticed anything. He suddenly opened his eyes and looked around.
'Where am I? Am I finally out?' He wondered as he looked around, and saw other children.
As he finally started thinking, some memories poured into his mind.
He remembered now.
His name is Eric, Eric Walker.
'I lived happily for 8 years with my family but somehow I can't remember their names or my best friend's name. Then one day, someone broke into our house stealing a lot of things. My parents woke me up to escape but the robbers noticed us. My father wanted to fight but they had guns. Then I only heard some sounds and woke up in that dark place.'
Eric then felt something above his eyebrow.
He wanted to lift his hand up to touch his forehead but the sudden lightheadedness stopped Eric.
When Eric finally touched his head his whole hand was bloodied.
Eric was bleeding, and heavily to say at least. He started looking around to find a reason why that was so.
Then he saw it.
There was a child with a bloodied stone standing right next to him with a group of friends. He had a big scar across his left cheek.
The group obviously had no intention of helping him in any way.
Eric looked at the group and yelled "Help!" without realizing what have they done to him.
When Eric was home he always cried after something happened to him. Including toys being stolen from him.
But they just looked at Eric like he was some kind of trash.
Eric didn't know why they looked at him like that, but it didn't matter to him right now, all he wanted was for someone to help him.
But they were leaving.
Eric even heard some adult voice saying everyone should slowly to the orphanage return because it was already dark.
He felt hopeful because no normal adult would leave him to bleed out and die like that.
"Help me! Someone, please! HELP!" Eric cried out even louder wanting to make sure that the adult heard him.
Eric's blurry eyes captured how the person he now considered this orphanage matron slowly turned around to look at him.
An old woman that looked annoying and short-tempered looked at Eric.
She looked deep into Eric's blue eyes.
'I am saved!' Eric finally had hope in his heart.
But the old woman just looked at Eric.
Her light grey eyes contained such disgust that it was almost overflowing.
Eric couldn't understand. 'Why couldn't they just help? I didn't do anything to them. Then why? WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS TO ME?!
Eric felt anger brewing deep inside him.
That was something.
'I hate them' Eric thought while others were slowly leaving him behind.
Feeling his blood falling on the muddy grass his thoughts were slowing down.
He was on the ground for more than 10 minutes.
Eric held his head to avoid any more blood flowing out, that didn't help much but it was certainly better.
And it was at that moment that something changed inside Eric.
The disgusted and distanced gazes Eric felt from them.
It felt like something opened.
A short while was enough for Eric to feel anger even from the deepest part of his soul.
But it felt weird, it felt that it wasn't like Eric, who was always cheerful and happy.
But Eric didn't care.
He cursed them even more after accepting the anger that he felt.
At that moment he blamed everything that had happened on them making him even angrier.
There was something cold flowing in Eric's veins and blood after that.
And it was moving from his heart to head. It was moving slowly.
Eric knew that it was something his. It was part of his entire being.
The anger he had for everyone deepened because of this feeling.
The cold feeling concentrated on his forehead above his left ear slowly repairing the life-threatening wound. Although it was repairing the wound will definitely leave a scar after this. All of this happened while Eric was focusing on something else.
The cold feeling in his body started turning even colder. It was starting to get painful. It was so cold that it was starting to feel like a sharp sword.
And then the only thought Eric had was to kill. His face was morphing rapidly.
A creepy smile appeared on Eric's face. He felt like he needed to rush toward the building and hurt them as much as he could.
It felt like he always wanted to do that.
Eric tried to stop the thoughts of killing and harming but it wasn't easy.
After some time he suppressed them but the seed of cruelty was already rooted deep inside his mind.
But Eric didn't know that.
Maybe it was a good thing that would help him achieve his goals, but even if he knew about it he couldn't change a thing.
As Eric slowly regained his rationality he tried to look around him once again.
There wasn't anyone around anymore.
There was just an old orphanage and forest around Eric.
'I will return here. And make sure I get my revenge on you guys. I will get enough power that no one will dare to look at me like that, or ignore me '
This was the last thing Eric thought before walking off into the forest that looked like it would devour any life that stepped inside it.
