The very next morning they left the hotel, immediately heading towards the gate, behind which was the interior of the "Magic Jungle".
As Severus expected, the walk around the town was more relaxed than last time, because as soon as the others saw the sticker on his cape, they immediately lost all interest, and there were not so many people at such an early time of the day, although Snape still expected some set-ups from the rest of the factions, but everything was too calm.
He even managed to go into a couple of shops that were opening at that time and buy some ores, as well as herbs and other ingredients that could only be found in the inner part of the jungle, while also at a fifteen percent discount, and yet everything was so much cheaper than in the outside world.
Therefore, he was able to reach the gate in half an hour without any problems, guarded by six wizards in the same uniform that those who stood at the entrance from the outer part of the forest were wearing.
Although the guards here were an order of magnitude stronger, each of them was at least a "Master" at the middle rank, and the commander in a more luxurious chestplate with golden symbols on his chest was at the highest rank and almost reached the peak in the core.
And when the Slytherin was already approaching the exit, his path was immediately blocked.
"Where are you going?" The captain's gaze immediately darted to the sticker and he frowned, "There will be a sorting today, so the exit from the "safe zone" is blocked, go back. "
"And why should I? After all, a few minutes ago I saw one person leave this place," Severus looked at the man with a grin, who only grunted indifferently in response.
"And what? Since it was said that you are forbidden to leave this place, then it is forbidden, go back, otherwise …" hearing the man, Severus laid his palm on the hilt of the sword.
"Sure." Severus said and then started walking but instead of returning to the hotel, Severus walked past them, and the commander remained standing with a glazed look, like his subordinates.
They didn't move, even after Snape left the dome. For the reason that there was no one near the exit and nearby, except for a couple of wizards who left a large, stone building nearby, no one paid attention to the strange behaviour of the guards, which after a few minutes returned to normal, but they did not remember what happened earlier and looked at each other in bewilderment.
And at the same time, the Severus had already moved a hundred meters away from the town and so far was only studying the area, moving along the route compiled by Brew.
"The magic in this place is almost five times denser, which means that the rest of the ingredients should definitely grow here …" considering the foliage, which was brighter even than the one that grew in the forest of ents, the young man could not help smiling, "... if in the forbidden part of the jungle, it will be even five times denser, then with those crystals, it will be an ideal place to become an "Severus", but for a start it is still worth finishing all my business, after all, if that creature really lives in this world, then it's time to study the magic of space and get out of here, if I have time, of course ... " shaking his head and throwing unnecessary thoughts out of his head, he looked up at the tree from which a pair of blood-red eyes were watching him.
"Mm?" And just at that moment, a rustling of foliage was heard to his left, and after a few seconds, five men came out of the bushes, who immediately became alert at the sight of Severus and took out their wands, suggesting that this was someone's trap, because a priori no one could wander into inside the "Magic Jungle" alone and therefore, they immediately began to look around.
Snape himself did not pay much attention to the guests, but looked with interest at the monster on the tree, whose magic he almost did not feel, which was rather strange, especially with the material core, which improved his five senses by several times, as well as a perception enhancement spell.
"Hey! What are you doing here alone?! Are you not aware that this is a very dangerous place?" one of them exclaimed frowningly watching the unknown man in the robe, but as soon as he said it, Severus laid his palm on the hilt of the sword and the speaker's eye trembled seeing this, thinking that this was addressed to them, "Are you threatening us?! And what are you doing here?! Since you are near the city, does it mean that you just left it? Who allowed you to do this?"
But there was no answer, which angered the guests even more, "Are you deaf ?! Should I help you clear your ears?!" The tip of his wand glowed.
A weary sigh escaped Snape's lips as he noticed the screamer's actions.
After all, most of all at that moment, he did not want to be distracted by all sorts of idiots, because finally it dawned on Severus that he was watching the creature whom Brew had warned him about and said to immediately flee at the fastest speed.
"Wait, put your wand down…" came the nervous voice of another man, who never took his eyes off the very spot where the man in the robe was looking.
"What you…!" the screamer began, but as soon as he saw the pale complexion of his comrade-in-arms and where his gaze was directed, he looked in that direction in puzzlement and trembled at the sight of a pair of red eyes, "Damn! How unlucky do we have to be to meet this monster?!" Almost cursing his stupidity, he slowly began to step back.
The others, seeing his actions, also followed him, making almost no sound, hoping that the creature would not pursue them.
Severus didn't pay much attention to the actions of the five, while still calmly looking directly into the eyes of the monster. "Dark Hound, the King of the Inner Magic Jungle, who has incredible speed, strength, and especially sharp claws that can tear apart anything, but most importantly, it cannot be detected even with artefacts and enchantments ... it seems that I chose the wrong time to go out, right during his breakfast."
Still, he wanted to calmly get to the next point, and not fight monsters, but apparently fate had completely different plans, "But it's okay, if I remember correctly, Brew, also said that its fangs are worth a thousand mouro, claws - three, and the skin is about thirty thousand, but if it is in perfect condition, then you can earn all forty and not taking into account the rest of the carcass, then it's already about a hundred and ten thousand ... " a" good-natured "smile bloomed on the face of Snape, at the sight of which, the monster already sitting on the tree felt somehow uncomfortable, because usually the food who saw it would immediately ran away in horror with their tails tucked between their legs, and here this man was somehow smiling strangely, and its instincts told him that it was better to look for other prey, much more "ordinary".
The creature immediately threw a glance towards the five wizards, who at the same moment turned even more pale and even a corpse in comparison with them would have looked more alive.
They didn't even try to attack the monster, but immediately turned around and ran. And the monster watching them, only nodded and finally looking in the direction of a strange man, then the monster sharply rushed to the fleeing wizards. All Snape saw was a dark, blurred shape disappear into the bushes,
"Well, maybe that's for the best," he shrugged his shoulders and resumed moving along the route.
"AAA! SAVE…!" A familiar cry was heard from a distance, which abruptly ceased.
"Horror," summed up Nagini, who all this time, as with that kite, tried not to shine too much.
"Indeed, a very "fun place." But before they had even gone hundreds of metres, the sky began to fill with dark clouds, and another monster blocked their path, it was a huge white tiger almost four metres tall, around which lightning sparks danced.
"They have sailed ... now the second most powerful monster, too," Snape's eyes trembled, because how "lucky" one had to be to meet two strongest monsters in the forest, one after another.
Of course, one could try to get around it, but the problem was that the second barrier limited Severus's perception radius to fifteen metres and when he already spotted the tiger, it was too late to bypass it.
And now, Snape thoughtfully looked into the eyes of a magical beast, while wondering who cursed him, and the beast did not take his eyes off him.
"Human, did you see a dark, four-legged creature running nearby, you call it a "dark hound" The creature's voice was rough, and every word was accompanied by a growl.
"Yes, I saw him eating breakfast nearby," and Severus pointed in the direction from where he had previously heard the screams of wizards. In response, the tiger only nodded and rushed to where Severus pointed, and dark clouds followed him.
"..." Nagaina after this was left speechless and soulless.
And Severus, taking out a book, opened its very first page, "So who else is left here?" quickly flipping through a few, he saw images of a huge bear with large, branched horns,"... Now, where is this one?"
" … " Nagina did not comment on this, since she herself was already wondering if a third one would appear.
A minute later, peals of thunder were heard from afar, accompanied by a tiger roar, and they were followed by an angry wolf howl and the sounds of a collision of something very heavy, because even to the place where the Severus stood, the earth trembled.
"Can we go?" Nagini asked with a low voice.
"Let's wait a little longer, I have long wanted to get myself a small menagerie, let them run out of steam, and then we'll take both of them, and it's worth asking them, maybe there is also a place here, like that underground garden," jumping to the top of the tree, Severus thoughtfully started watching the trees and stones flying back and forth, as well as the lightning striking from the sky.
"Only you could have thought of making pets out of them…" she seemed to have just recently woken up, but mentally the snake was completely exhausted, because in a short five minutes there were too many upheavals and, looking indifferently to the right side, her eye was already twitching, "I should have stayed in London…"
Because to the right, a huge nine-metre-tall bear with big horns was moving towards the battlefield, looking very angry…
