In the process of saying this, she sent out a series of slashes towards the left hand of the lingering spirit. The slashes were countless and so fast, that countless afterimages of her hands could be seen as she swung out.

The dark lingering spirit couldn't react on time to dodge the attacks due to its speed so it tried to counteract them with its dark attacks but even after sending out attacks to clash with the female slashes it wasn't enough. The slashes were densely packed together like nets in countless numbers, its counter-attack could only stop a few.

The slashes arrived at the left hand of the creature immediately completely severing it from its shoulder but that was not all it did, the left hand was ripped to shreds and a small circular pinky sized orb came flying out of it.
