This will allow me to publish even more chapters, do special events, and let me know you guys are enjoying it! Also, there is more of a stat involved part of the system that has been introduced in the later chapters(63). Experience isn't visibly tracked until this point - up until then it is still gathered and slayers do grow slightly stronger from fights, but there's no way of knowing how much has been gained until the chapter it's introduced.]

Jun put his sword away and placed it on the ground beside him. He wasn't allowed to block per the rules, so he didn't need anything weighing him down when he would try to dodge.

Ryo assumed the exact same pose he used when it was Jun's turn - he stood relaxed with his long arms dangling by his side. His eyes were anything but relaxed however. His stare pierced into Jun's mind, as if he knew exactly how Jun would try to dodge.

This is quite difficult actually. Jun thought. From this position, what could he even do that would be too fast for me to see? His arms are long so...it's not like I wouldn't be able to see all the movements in his arm before he even throws something.

"Readddyyyyyy?" Ryo asked as he grinned in anticipation.
