This will allow me to publish even more chapters, do special events, and let me know you guys are enjoying it! Also, there is more of a stat involved part of the system that has been introduced in the later chapters(63). Experience isn't visibly tracked until this point - up until then it is still gathered and slayers do grow slightly stronger from fights, but there's no way of knowing how much has been gained until the chapter it's introduced.]

Clearing a Path

Tetia sat in her throne room that was now a complete mess by her own hand. It had been a full 24 hours since the slayers arrived in Crimson City. She was getting restless.

She paced up and down the room. "I don't understand, why won't they come?! I've literally made it too easy for them! If I have to go get them and waste my whole freaking setup..."

Her emotions had been all over the place since Fydos was defeated. She didn't know what she wanted, but she knew it had to be paid back in blood.

One of her loyal Archangels came bursting through the front door, "Mistress Tetia! One of the slayers is outside!"

"Ugh, finally! I only sent out a huge calling card for them to trace back." She then paused for a moment.

Wait a second. How did they get to our doorstep without me detecting them? She thought.

"There's only one of them. It's the one with the armor." The angel reported.
