The pig paused before looking me up and down, seeing my still developing curves he smiled widely, watching the filth in front of me, I pulled a massive black claymore from my dimension. Radiating in massive amounts of chaotic energy it filled the room causing multiple people to panic, some fainted right away hitting the floor hard, the black blade was beautiful, with a dark golden colored cross for a hilt, with dragons on both sides as if guarding the sword.

Possessing all the knowledge of my slain enemies I, of course, knew how to use all of my abilities and items, even being able to create items. With a bright light, a small boy appeared with red hair appeared before me, looking at the boys face my eyes it made me calm down, relaxing I held out a cup as a beautiful maid with blond hair poured me a glass of wine. After sitting quietly for a couple of minutes I broke the silence, " I will tell you what, give me ownership over this place and not only will I not cause any more problems for you but I will even keep you as the CEO " I said after taking a sip of the wine. The boy grew pale " what is a CEO " he asked after a minute of silence crestfallen. " It is the person who runs the company, The person right below the owner, so to say, " I said as the maid refilled my glass, " ah, of course, I will renovate the place a little to balance the colors and make it more fancy and refined " I quickly said throwing a bone to help him make up his mind as I need a base and some form of prestige otherwise people will bother me and its easiest and fastest way to gain power politically is by hostile takeovers of an already well know company or violence.
