Using the Heart of the Lord to relocate the territory meant only the Lord's Mansion could be moved; all other buildings had to be abandoned.
Of course, if you relocated voluntarily, you could first demolish all the buildings and recover some of the materials used in their construction.
However, they would need to be transported from the original site to the new territory remotely.

As long as the LV10 Lord's Mansion was not destroyed, the other buildings could be discarded.
After all, becoming a Lord in the Sea of Realms, the main resource consumption was focused on the upgrades of the Lord's Mansion.
Other buildings, even with construction and subsequent upgrades, consumed just that much.
The only regret was that some Lords had one or more special buildings, and after demolition and recycling, it was uncertain if the blueprints for those special buildings could be recovered.
