Standing under the shower head, Lucas let the warm water continuously rain down on him. The heat helped to relieve the stiffness of his muscles. The water pooled around his feet before disappearing into the drain.
Lucas only took a quick shower, just enough to clean his body with soap and rinse the bubbles. He was desperate for a nap.
"Haa..."
Lucas shook his head, spraying the water droplets from his wet hair. Grabbing the hair dryer mounted on the wall, he began drying every lock of his hair. He still remembered Liliana was waiting for him outside.
"I look better, I think," murmured Lucas as he stood opposite the washroom mirror. He had already changed into a set of fresh clothes.
Letting out a yawn, Lucas stepped out of the washroom. His eyes immediately fell on Liliana. She was sitting on the edge of the bed, holding the pharmacy plastic bag on her lap.
"You look so sleepy," Liliana pointed out. Her words earned chuckles from Lucas.
