Asher was busy completing his tasks in the office. He didn't want to delay doing anything because he had another plan at lunchtime, an important one.
More than a week had passed since the stormy night that might change Asher's life for the worse.
His decisions didn't come without any protests but, he believed those were good ways to get rid of his pestering mother and the scheming younger sister of his best friend.
On the next day, his mother Shelley caused so much fuss because she didn't want to leave the country. The exilement would surely reach her friends' ears, resulting in her losing face.
"No! I won't go! You can't force me!"
"Asher! Is this how you treated your own mother? How can you be so cruel?!"
But, her cries and objections did nothing until the end. Asher was adamant to send her back abroad, to the side of her ignorant husband.
