A Barbecue Feast By The Swimming Pool
Before five, Liliana and Lucas arrived at the villa. The others followed shortly.
Exhausted by their little adventures, everyone went to take a short nap before it was time for their barbecue session. A few had light dishes prepared by the chef.
At seven, they gathered at the swimming pool area. Edith, Ruby, Alex, Conor and Harris came in their swimsuits, eager to glide in the pool while enjoying the grilled marinated meat.
Mr. Yang sent two men to grill the ingredients. They quietly and dutifully did their task.
The meat and others were prepared well by the chef. He also prepared some pudding, bite-sized sandwiches, a huge platter of fruits and a variety of drinks for them.
"Mom, come and swim with me!"
Harris shouted from across the pool, waving at Mrs. Fu who was having some grilled meat and chicken. She sat at one of the sun loungers.
"Have fun by yourself! Mom will just stay here!"
