Interlude-Jingliu and Kanna

Two figures could be seen fighting in a magical forest, both quickly and swiftly swing their sword at eachother.

"Swing with your hips"

"Be more flexible, your strikes are to stiff"

"Better footwork"

Yes, these two people are Jingliu and Kanna

After Meliodas left Jingliu and Dan Hang dedicated themselves to training both children.

While Rex became Dan Hangs Deciple in the ways of being a dragon and spear user, Kanna became Jingliu's Deciple in the ways of ice and sword.

Jingliu was a bit reluctant about training her daughter at such a young age despite the fact that dragons mature fast.

Eventually she gave in to her daughters pleading.

But in the time she has been training Kanna she has noticed the immense talent and power she had.

Especially behind her ice and fire.

Meliodas did tell Jingliu about Kanna's races unique way to combine fire and ice. At first she found it confusing as to how fire and ice could combine into an attack without canceling eachother.

She was even skeptical of her lovers words but after training with Kanna she didn't doubt it anymore because Kanna really could do it.

Ice that could instantly turn her surroundings into a winter wonderland and fire that could ravage Forest.

And combined with her immense talent with the sword, Jingliu knew that she would be a force to be reckoned with.

And as a mother she couldn't be prouder.

"Alright let's stop here" said Jingliu as she dematerialized her ice sword.

The panting Kanna nodded and placed her iron sword pack into its sheath.

"Hehe I I'll win next time mom" Kanna said with a tired smile, not once has she been able to grace her mother less touch her but Kanna can already tell that she's getting faster, stronger.

A gentle and proud smile fell on Jingliu's face "Fufu, yes sweetheart, at this point your father will have no choice but to give you that card he promised"

Jingliu knew why her daughter was training so hard, it was to catch up to her father and go with him in his adventure.

She couldn't becuase she was to weak but with determination she promised to become strong.

"Umu, let's go and see if brother is finished with his training" Kanna gathered fire on her feet and propelled herself through the forest and to Dan Hangs training ground.

Jingliu watched with a gentle smile as her fighter left '*Sigh*, I'm getting slower' Jingliu thought as she held her stomach, feeling the already pulsating life growing inside her.

"Heh, I wonder how he will react" she thought in an amused tone.

She could already imagine Meliodas running through the Luofu now jumping in joy.

With one last chuckle Jingliu followed behind kanna to see her son.
