Chapter 12 Earth Science

Marconi isn't able to find a decent starred teacher so he just heads into any earth science classroom he can get. The teacher is nothing special, he does the same curriculum as all the other teachers and sends them off.

Luckily, Preston and Tobias is in the class so they shoot the breeze and chew fat while in the class. Preston pulls out some stringy bubblegum and they chew it. The teacher doesn't seem to mind. They start to talk as they pretend to look at the syllabus as the teacher goes over it.

Preston mentions "Ah, this brings me back to elementary school. We had this evil old teacher who watched over the class like a hawk. I remember chewing gun and she somehow saw me at the back of the classroom and she put it on a yellow index card and made me wear it all day. I didn't chew gum in her class anymore. The classroom was always cold and she didn't sweat.

I met a nice kid named Nicholas Allen with a friend named Janet Frisk that did stuff just as crazy as Edgar. Sand in the classroom, time wasters….etc".

Then the Earth Teacher mentions we'll be doing a few outdoor experiments in a small garden and everyone's ears perk up. Tobias has been attentively listening the whole time.

Marconi looks around and see's the Indian chick on her skateboard at the office supply store. She's wearing a slightly big jacket and navy blue overalls. Her hair has two pigtail braids and she looks decently nice.

Currently she's sleeping on the desk and she has that small snore bubble all the cartoon characters have on tv.

Tobias pulls out a notebook, courtesy of the Hustler is written on top. "The hustler kid wanted me to conduct an experiment for him and I got a list of teachers and student names. A more in-depth roster or yearbook so to speak.

I don't know where he gets his information, but thank goodness he hates that snitch Randall otherwise the whole school would be under tyrant rule of security, ASB or whoever he's paid by.

Anyway I noticed you peeking at her, her name's Vivian. Her profile is a bit tomboyish, has a diary, is a writer and dreamer. Do what you will with the information."

Preston speaks up as he overhears the conversation, "ooooh, love at first sight eh. Tobias is too kind, so it's up to me to say. Marconi and Vivian sitting in a tree K I S S I N G."

Marconi retorts "hey, we're in middle school now, you're not a fifth grader. P.S I'm not in love just curious."

Marconi whispers to Tobias "Thanks for the information. You act like a robot, but you have a heart of gold. I would be surprised if you were a sentimentalist." The Earth Science teacher gets a phone call and just says class dismissed.
