As they walked through the village, the tension was palpable. Konoha's streets, usually bustling with life, were now filled with wary shinobi and civilians, their eyes reflecting the uncertainty of the times. The once vibrant atmosphere was now subdued, shadows of fear and anticipation lurking in every corner.

Soon, other leaders began to arrive at Konoha, each accompanied by their entourage. Shisui stood at the gates to greet them, his expression calm and resolute.

A, the Raikage, was the first to appear, his muscular frame radiating barely contained fury. B and a group of elite Cloud shinobi followed closely behind him. His voice boomed as he approached Shisui. "Where is the First and Second Hokage, Uchiha? I'll not waste my time with you!"

Shisui maintained his composure, offering a slight bow. "Raikage-sama, they will arrive shortly. Please come with me."

A growled, his fists clenching, just snorted and walked away.

Next to arrive was Oonoki, the Tsuchikage. His old, hunched form hovered slightly above the ground, but his eyes were sharp and calculating. He approached with Kurotsuchi, Akatsuchi and two Jinchiruki of his village, at his side. His gaze locked onto Shisui with a mix of suspicion and wariness. "Shisui Uchiha, I hope you have answers. My village has suffered greatly."

Shisui nodded. "I understand your frustration, Tsuchikage-sama. We all have suffered. That's why it's crucial we work together to identify and stop the real threat."

Oonoki's eyes narrowed, but he said nothing, simply giving a curt nod.

Mei Terumi, the Mizukage, arrived with her own contingent of Mist shinobi, including the cloaked swordsman who had fought alongside them earlier, Zabuza, Haku, Kimimaro and Chojuro. Utakata was following behind silently. Her eyes flashed with anger and determination.

Hanzo of the Salamander, the leader of the Rain Village, was the next to arrive. His presence was cold and intimidating, with his legendary chain scythe hanging ominously at his side. He stepped forward, his gaze piercing through Shisui. His pride was wounded in last conflict, and despite wanting to stay out, he had no other choice but come.

Renji, the leader of Takigakure, arrived next. Although he knew his village didn't hold as much power in these grand meetings, the abduction of his village's Jinchuriki demanded his presence. As Shisui led him to the meeting room, Renji took note of the tense atmosphere, the unspoken grievances and suspicions hanging heavily in the air. The room was filled with powerful figures, but the First and Second Hokage were not yet present.

Horyu entered the room, his presence immediately drawing attention. The tension rose as A, the Raikage, clenched his fists and gnashed his teeth. "Uchiha Horyu," he growled, barely containing his anger.

Horyu responded with a provocative smile and took a seat next to Shisui. The room's atmosphere grew even more charged as the Third Hokage and Jiraiya appeared. Horyu's casual demeanor seemed to amplify the anxiety and irritation of those around him. "Seems like we all are here," he remarked.

Hanzo's voice cut through the tension. "Where are the First and Second Hokage? You have no right to speak at this table, boy."

Horyu's laughter rang out, increasing the tension and anger of those present. He waved his hand, and suddenly, the room was filled with the unmistakable presences of Hashirama Senju, Tobirama Senju, Mito Uzumaki, Uzumaki Naruto, Himawari, Senju Tsunade, Nagato, Yahiko, Konan, Kakashi, Obito, and Rin. The sudden appearance left everyone in shock, especially Shisui, who hadn't expected to see Naruto, Kakashi, and the others branded as traitors when they had escaped to appear although Horyu told him about them.

Seeing Uzumaki Mito, Oonoki and A were visibly shocked and guarded, while Mei remained composed, knowing this wasn't good. The Uzumaki were believed to be extinct, annihilated by a combined effort from Cloud, Stone, and Mist. The appearance of Mito Uzumaki, once thought dead, left the group uneasy.

A's eyes widened, his usually stoic expression cracking. "How can this be? The Uzumaki were destroyed!"

Oonoki, slumping in his chair, was equally taken aback. "This isn't possible. We... ensured their annihilation."

Mei, though less shocked, realized the implications. She knew this would complicate the already tense situation. Her eyes darted between the other Kages and the newly arrived Uzumaki, measuring their reactions and planning her next move.

The room was silent, the tension thick as everyone processed the appearance of the Uzumaki.

Getting up, Horyu chuckled, his voice cutting through the tense silence in the room. "You said I have no right to speak at this table?" He turned his gaze to Hanzo, who glared back at him. "A mere "demi-god" dares to talk to me like that?"

Hanzo's anger flared as he lunged at Horyu, but he suddenly found himself frozen in his attack posture. Seals surrounded his body, immobilizing him completely.

"Sit," Horyu commanded. Despite his will, Hanzo was forced to comply, sitting back down with visible strain. "Good boy," Horyu grinned, the mocking tone in his voice clear. Hanzo struggled against the seals, but they held him firmly in place.

Turning to the others, especially A and Oonoki, Horyu's expression turned serious. "Stone, Cloud, and Mist, afraid of the power of the Uzumaki, attacked and destroyed them—young and old alike. You killed them all. That is a major war crime. Hokage of the time, Sarutobi Hiruzen, despite being aware, just let it happen. That account is still open, and you all will be questioned for that in the future. But for now, we have more pressing matters to discuss."

"Before any other dog barks, I will be in charge of today's gathering. If you have any doubts, voice them now," Horyu announced, his voice carrying an unmistakable authority that filled the room.

A glared at him, barely containing his fury. "Who said we killed the Uzumaki? Aren't they here?" His muscles tensed, and crackling lightning surrounded his body, a physical manifestation of his anger. Horyu had killed hundreds of his shinobi, killed his Jonin Commander, almost killed Darui, and tricked him over and over again. He hated Horyu most.

Horyu chuckled, the sound dripping with mockery. "You think you can get away with that? If the Uzumaki weren't smarter than the combined forces of three of your villages, they would have been annihilated. Oh, I should include the fourth—old Monkey was also a silent executioner in this." His gaze bore into Sarutobi, who looked ashamed and angered.

The tension in the room was palpable. The other Kages shifted uncomfortably, the weight of Horyu's accusations hanging heavy in the air.

Horyu turned his attention back to the assembled leaders. "Hokage-sama, I think it is time to release them," he said, his tone calm but firm.

Shisui, looking visibly drained, sighed and nodded. In the eyes of the confused Kages from other villages, his chakra flared, and suddenly Sarutobi and Jiraiya's expressions changed. The glazed look in their eyes faded, replaced by clarity and realization.

Sarutobi blinked, his gaze focusing as he took in the room. Jiraiya, standing beside him, shook his head slightly as if clearing a fog. The realization of their previous state hit them both hard.

Hiruzen and Jiraiya looked at Shisui, their expressions twisted with anger and betrayal. "You controlled us!" Hiruzen's voice trembled with rage. Their chakra flared, creating a visible friction in the air, ready to attack.

Horyu intervened, stepping between them. "Old Monkey, you and your old lover Danzo were about to massacre the Uchiha Clan. What did you expect him to do? Accept it and offer his eyes?"

Hiruzen, still disoriented, blurted out, "Yes."

Horyu couldn't help but smile at the old man's naivety. Jiraiya's eyes locked onto Naruto and Himawari, his voice filled with pain and confusion. "You two... Shisui took you away from me. Controlled me. Killed my student and Kushina-chan."
