chapter 16: first victory.

seeing the strange occurance a sense of dread fell upon them all as Herman displayed the usage of skills like an innate ability with the ease and almost no restriction.

"guys stay behind me, no matter what or it'll pick you guys up first".

seeing as the wolf man could barely stand it went down on all four like an animal and first off took the first step forward and then another before charging at Herman as he also did the same thing after telling Cruz and Enoch to no longer interfere in the fight as it's about to get messy.

"ahhhaaa" shouted Herman as he also charged at the monster.

seeing as the monster was in an enraged and beserk state Herman kept within certain steps away from it as he only attacked using his lightening skill for a speed boost and quick manuovers when ever there was an opening.

as the system has now forbid the use of the instant drain skill due to his low hp and to prevent in reversible damage to himself due to excessive usage and exhaustion.

Herman stood facing up at the the wolf man towering over him on three limbs as it used one of it's arm to support itself by resting on a tree breathing erratically as it glared at it prey.

it continued it beserk rampage as it swung it's claws at Herman. Herman dodged but the trees behind were not spared.

as Herman delivered two loud sounding blows to it's chest before retreating.

Herman kept attacking the wolf man as it noticed that each time it received an attack regardless of whichever part of it's body.

it kept on spewing blood from it's mouth as it's kept feeling a soul reaching pain from it's heart although the fist attacks from Herman almost negligence in damage caused, but it kept on receiving severe damage, until it reached it's last leg.

seeing as it was at it last leg, Herman charged at it in a zig zag pattern with a log in hand as he used it to deliver charged hits at it like a bat before going at it chest, but as soon as the wolf man saw it's prey before itself it got rejuvenated for one more last stand as it pounced and knocked away the bat from Herman's hand up in the skies and knocked him down with all it's might.

shouted Herman as his felt his conscience spill from the collision with the floor and with the weight of wolf man on him as it tried to rip him to pieces as it laid over him with an arm raised high ready to deliver a fetal blow, in the sky the knocked away bat descends in the air, Herman being in a confused state found himself looking up unable to process what had occurred until he saw the descending bat.

Herman saw a distant memory of himself speaking to another unknown character on a sunny cliff side with quite a magnificent view of the forest.

" never give up"

shouted Herman as he shot up like a shooting star in the sky as he removed himselve from the hold of the wolf man and hopped on it's hand, using it as a footing to reach a higher ground.

bang, heard Herman as he grabbed on to the bat and looked down to see the wolf man as it

stood bloodied but vicious.

As Herman reached the height of his jump in the air, a bloody gore filled memory resurfaced in his head and a tear dropped from his left eye and for one second it felt like he was flying before rage overwhelmed his descent down to earth.

"raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!"

consumed by rage from his distant past Herman roared "lightening!" without care for world.
