They guide me to a bathroom on the main level where there are fewer people. The ringing stops halfway there, but he calls me again right after. Mariano and Jax wait for me outside the door. I manage to answer the call the second time just as I enter the bathroom.
"Hi, Seb—"
"Gab! Thank god you answered. I've been trying to reach you."
"Sorry, I'm out at the moment and there's no signal in the basement."
"Out? Basement? Where are you?" He sounds worried.
I explain to him where I'm at and what I'm doing here. And the whole time I speak to him, I hear the concern in his voice. It squeezes my heart. I miss Sebastian. He's only a few years older than me, unlike Gael who is ten years older, but I've always been close to my brothers. And they're very protective of me.
