14 Chapter 14 - Acquaintance.

I could not go far because I felt a threat. I quickly prepared for battle and waited for the next enemy attack. Due to the fact that it was almost night on the street, there were almost no people on the street. As it turned out, a guy in black wanted to attack me. But when he saw that I was already ready for battle, I was on my guard and did not even run away. This must be the killer sent to kill me. He apparently wanted to kill me with one blow, but could not, I am also sure that his blade was poisoned. It's good that he did not hurt me, and if he did, the poison would not be terrible for me.

I decided not to expect something unexpected from the enemy and attacked first. My speed was clearly faster than his and it was difficult for him to fight off my two blades. After a minute of dancing, the killer was killed and turned into a shadow. There was no one around, so I was not afraid that someone would see the transformation of the corpse into a shadow. This shadow, by the way, immediately bowed to me as soon as it became a shadow. Apparently he was from the organization of the murderers and followed the orders of his master. Well, now I am his master, so he shows that he is faithful to me. From this I can assume that killed or bought shadows leave their memories and use them.

I think that we must quickly become stronger because the enemy never rests and the murderers will obviously pass away. Tomorrow morning I'll go hunting goblins or other monsters.
