CHAPTER 10

"Phew I can totally do this right? "Yeah I can just walk in calmly and request to submit an assignment easy-peasy. No one knew this but ayra was incredibly shy and hated being in the limelight,the confidence she exhibited was all show and the good thing about confidence was no one knew if it was fake or real. 

Today is not my day she muttered under her breath apart from the fact that she was late she was now faced with the cumbersome task of going to Alice 's class that was filled with jerks and queen bees. Determined to get it over and done with she walked briskly to her destination. 

"Hello you are Rita right? "She asked a girl who she recognized as one of the follower of her sister. 

The girl stared at her bored "so what if I am? " She drawled eyeing the nerdy looking girl in front of her, she was stunning quite alright she thought to herself but her hair needed to be let down .

Ayra ignored her sacarsm and smiled brightly "Alice your friend would not make it to school today kindly submit this for her once the teacher comes to class" she stated bringing out the essay and not giving the girl an opportunity to refuse. 

"Who the hell are you to tell me what to do?" Rita questioned incensed that a junior girl just spoke to her boldly without fretting in fear. 

"Oh I'm ayra, ayra Thompson Alice's sister and she asked me to specifically give this to you therefore if you don't want to be pulled out from the socialist club you will do as I say" . Ayra threatened not in the lest bothered about the girl's rudeness.

The girl turned red immediately " I'm sorry for my initial rudeness didn't know you are the sister to the most beautiful girl in school gosh you guys are two worlds apart " . 

"Tell me something I don't know" ayra replied walking off grateful that the task was done she almost ran into a couple that was making out behind a locker." Wait wasn't that Alice 's boyfriend ? "she turned back to get a better view but unfortunately they were no where to be seen it can't be him maybe it's a look alike because her sister's relationship was the most envied and perfect in school but it sure looked like him her heart argued. 

"Ayra what are you doing in the senior's block? I have been looking for you, you missed the first lesson for today which is so unlike you". 

Ayra jolted at first before replying "Yeah I know I was quite late today and I had a little errand to accomplish". 

"Which "little errand" are you talking about? "

Ayra opened her mouth to speak but was stilled by Ella 's hands in the air. "Wait don't tell you are crushing on some jerk and came here to tell him? "She inhaled a shocked breath "this means you are cheating on poor jack" she added accusingly. 

Ayra face palmed herself oh my gawd Ella "your imagination is so colourful and you should consider drama but unfortunately you are wrong."

" Alice is sick or that's what she claims and she ordered me to submit her essay assignment that's the reason you saw me in this block". 

"Let me guess you wrote the essay for her right?" 

Ayra brushed off her question "it actually doesn't matter and Ella please you really have to stop this thingy about me and jack read my lips there is nothing between us absolutely nothing we are not even friends to start from".

"But you would love to be his friend right? "Ella asked raising her eyebrows in an annoying manner. 

"Damn you Ella I refuse to answer that question just stop okay. "

"Refuse all you want the heart knows what it wants and getting back to the subject of your sister when will she stop treating you like shit and acknowledge that you have feelings of your own ". 

"Ella let's not talk about Alice". 

"But you ar-

"Please for once I don't want to talk about that subject ,it's case closed!! " Ayra said raising her voice an octave.

"Alright alright calm down let's go to class and guess what? "

"What? "

"It's called a guess for a reason duh". 

"I don't know Mr Williams wore the back of his trousers to school? "

Ella giggled heartily "no that's not it look who told me I have a colourful imagination yours is better". 

"Then what happened? "

"We have a new girl in class".
