The young ladies had fun playing around the festival ground with the man guiding them. They tried various kinds of foods, played games and visited booths selling accessories, crafts and clothes.
Time passed by quickly as they were immersed in joy.
"I'll go and buy drinks for you two. You should wait here with Miss Miyajima."
After some time, Heisuke led them to one of the vacant benches under a ginkgo tree. The yellow-colored leaves gently fell from above. He faintly smiled at Hisaki while saying that yet his eyes were burning with affection.
Tilting her head, Hisaki happily said, "Okay~ I want hot milk tea!"
"Same," Mari waved her hand once.
Heisuke disappeared within the crowds as he left searching for the booth selling beverages. Hisaki didn't move her eyes away even though she could no longer see her old man.
Beside her, Mari clicked her tongue.
