Stats refer to an individuals ability to perform specific actions. Due to Tony's belief of his Wonderful training while he was younger, he was expecting to see most of his stats having at least a Grade B. But what he saw made his eyes bulge and his brain spin.

Among all his stats, the only stat to have a B- grade was his Football knowledge, and that was likely due to his knowledge of tactics from watching numerous matches across the various football leagues. The remaining of his stats were all painful to look at "System what kind of stats are this?" he asked the system.

"They are your basic stats, which I have tried to compress to make the list a little shorter. For example things like work rate and off the ball movement have all been grouped under stamina. And Your individual skills or moves like the flip-flap, step overs, etc have all been grouped under been grouped under both football Techniques and Skills. This is to avoid the stats list from being as long as an arm."

The system then continued to explain "More skills that will be acquired in the future can be added to the present ones except for unique skills which may come across. Also the D- grade is the worst grade followed by the D+."

Tony placed one hand on his head in annoyance with his stats "I meant why are my stats so poor, even after numerous years of sweats that I have poured into my training?, the various hours of neglecting other things just to try and fulfill my dream of being a professional footballer."

"it's alright, as long as you pass the trials today with my help, we will definitely better your stats swiftly to be become a top player or even a Lord of Football. Now I believe we are already at the front of the entrance to the academy."

Tony then looked up to discover the gates to the Etihad Campus. Etihad Campus is an area of Sportcity, Manchester which is mostly owned and operated by Manchester City Football Club . The campus includes the Etihad Stadium , the City Football Academy (CFA) training facility and club headquarters, and undeveloped land adjacent to both of these facilities. The two main portions of the campus site are linked by a 60-metre landmark pedestrian walkway that spans the junction of Alan Turing Way and Ashton New Road. The term Etihad Campus embraces both the Etihad stadium as well as much of the surrounding undeveloped land that existed at that time.

Upon entering the Academy, where the training centers where divided from the various youth teams. But the only teams Tony was eligible for were the under 18s, the under 21s and the reserve team. Tony who was presently 18 yrs old was to try out for the under 18s, even though the likelihood of a player joining the first team from directly entering the academy at the age of 18 was very low.

Both The under 21s and the reserve teams were filled with players who the coaching staffs believed had abilities and had been promoted from the other youth teams or where transfered from other club youth teams to hone their abilities with the club.

Tony who had been coming for trials since the age of 12, and this was technically his 7th attempt at trying to get into the academy understood the necessary procedures before the match begun and he was assigned to play in the blue team.

The blue team wore the home jersey of Manchester City, while the black team wore the away jersey of Manchester City. The total amount of teenagers who signed up where exactly 44. So each individual was to play only half of football with a time of 45 minutes.

Tony's parents and brother wished him good luck and went to the stands to find a seat. Tony then went to the bench, to find out if he was to play the first half or the second half and what position he had been assigned.

Tony signed up as a Forward player who was capable of playing across the front line and directly behind the Striker as an attacking midfielder. He was selected to play as the attacking midfielder of the blue team for the second half.

The coach gave them a free role as they were free to attack and defend as how they saw fit, and to know that they would be grading everyone in team play. Tony was happy as he would have time to observe the flow of the match and know how he was to affect the match once he started playing in the second half. After a while the referee blew the whistle to begin the first half.
