REVENGE

"I suggest that Ruthie will transfer here in Japan if OK with you all. I was shocked by what happened. The gang may take revenge, so if possible, let's avoid the worse" Katsuo said in tears.

"Ruthie, thank God you are now safe," Jacky said.

Tony and Martha don't know what to do. They will miss her, but her safety is also very important. "What do you think Ruthie?" Tony asked.

"Ok, let's do it for now until it cools down. We will get your papers, you fly tomorrow, Ruthie." Tony said.

"Right away Dad?" Ruthie said.

"Ticket was bought online. Schedule to fetch her at Haneda airport, Tokyo was arranged. She will live in the Takuma big house.

Early in the morning, they went to the airport, Tony drive the car, Martha and Juan are giving their last-minute instructions, they embrace, and Ruthie vanished with the plane. They went home at the condo. Juan went to the agency office and check some reports about the kidnapping. He gets the names of the dead gang members. One is familiar, but he can't remember why, and where.

After finishing his checking and reporting, he gave some instructions through phone and radio.

His cellphone rang and Robert informed him that there are armed men, not guards going to the agency office right now.

Juan made silent gestures they all know as the silent commands. They arm themselves and reinforced the door. Then just a few seconds. Gunfire rang and bullets were stitching the door and the table put there. If not for the five minutes warning from Robert, monitoring anything more or less one hundred meter radius from the facility. Many would have died.

Two of the employees were hostages now, Then Juan decided to show up, and they release them, and they take Juan.

Juan was tortured. His face was bruised with the punches while being held by three men. His body was also battered being hit by M16 rifle's but. Then his face was covered by a black thick cloth to blindfold him and he was thrown inside the car's trunk. They traveled for about thirty minutes. Then he was taken from the trunk and brought inside a warehouse. He can not see anything and he does not know where he is. He was made to sit in a metal chair and his hands were tied in the hand rest and his feet were tied in the foot of the chair with duct tape.

" Take his blindfold" Commanded a man.

Juan adjusted his eyes to the light, and then he sees the man in front of him. It was Rojack the leader of the drug operations of Luzon.

"You killed Stephen Aquino. Now I will kill you" Rojack said.

"Then what are you waiting for?" Juan said.

"No, not so fast, I want it to be slow. Hahaha!" Rojack said.

Then he gets a knife and tries to frighten him. But Juan was looking for an opportunity to escape.

"What do you want from me?" Juan said.

I want you dead. I will avenge the more or less 200 of my men you killed in General Santos City." Rojack said.

"I was not the one who killed them. It was the military!" Juan said.

"But I know it is you who tipped them. Rojack said.

In the Office at the Condo, Robert has the GPS of Juan through his stainless steel necklace and he can see the place now through the drone flying above the warehouse.

The police were in their way. But when they arrived, they are friends of Rojack. They were on his payroll. They gather around and Rojack punches Juan and he said, If not from the Bahala na gang, I will not know that you are already here in Manila, I see you in the news.

" Why is the Bahala na gang your friends?" Juan asked.

"Friends, hahaha, I will kill them all" Rojack said.

Then a smoke grenade was thrown. A car hit the door open and started shooting. Juan who fell down with the chair was hit in the arm. The tape was torn and his left hand in blood was freed, in pain, he tried to free his other arm. The shooting was ongoing and you can't see a thing because of the smoke and everyone is coughing. Juan also tried to free his feet, then he felt a man dead in his side. He felt the gun in the dead man's hand and take it. He crawled away in a corner and fell as if dead. His shirt is red with the blood on the floor when he crawled and from his wounded arm. Rojack escaped, two of the policemen were killed and four of Rojacks men. The car who attacked just throw a smoke grenade, shoot with their machine guns and escape. It was an ambush. Juan does not know who they are. It is just a coincidence that saved his life. It could be enemy also of Rojack because if it is the Police, they should have stayed and they did not kill the two police who were there, though they are paid by this drug lord.

Alex arrives, and some police, Juan was sent to the hospital, he stayed for a week to let the wounds and bruises heal.

"Boss, Rojack is here," Juan said.

"What, meaning when he escaped from Mindanao, he went here," Alex said.

"This is a blessing in disguise that he appears so we can get him out of his cave," Juan said.
