Fiddling with the past

I was back in my room, inside the governor's house, eiren is getting his things ready, and I'm just staring at laurel in the bed, after a moment i asked "so, are you just gonna pretend like that for the rest of your life?"

She asked me "how did you know my name... you said my name back then..." and my answer was simple "because your well known"

Then she asked "then why did you not erase my memories... Or alter them! It feels... Horrible to have this..."

I replied "because i need you to become a spy." then she asked "and why do i have to obey?"

I replied "because of your sister!" she sat down and said "i... Don't have a sister?"

"you only have your forged memories... Let me guess? The church brought you in, when you were a beggar in the streets?"

She nodded her head, i sighed and then said "that's because they hid your true memories with high level magic, there are no magic abilities that completely gets rid of memories... Only alter them, or hide them..."

She said with a loud voice "then show me! Show me who I'm actually am!" i sighed again, there are a lot of hidden abilities from every race, but vampires have more...

I held her left hand and drew it close to my fangs, then punctured a vein on her right hand. Then i bit the veins of her left hand.

Then a ghost version of the two of us appeared into an empty space, only i have access to what memory i can show.

I was scrolling into her memories when laurel suddenly said "yeah... These are my memories..." then i found the memory! Laurel and her sister rose, happily playing together, rose asked "hey laurel... Will you ever leave us?"

Little laurel shook her head "why would i leave you!" the present laurel stared at the two of them, after a moment she said "that's... Me... And my sister... But... How did you separate?"

I fast forwarded 2 weeks later a priest holding his staff said "these two... Rose is in a level of a high priestess! At such an age! This has never happened before! As for laurel! She has the highest potential to become a holy captain!"

Then i fast forwarded for 3 days "bye mom! Bye dad! You two don't have to worry! I'll take care of rose!"

Fast forward to 1 month "you and rose have been neglecting your training! Escaping the church just to have fun!"

Little laurel fought back by shouting "well what are we supposed to do! All we wanted to be together! You guys couldn't do anything! Not even that!"

The man slapped laurel and said with an angry demeanour "silence child! We are TRYING to do what's best for you two!"

Then i fast forwarded to 2 weeks "you two still haven't learned your lessons! Tomorrow... You two shall be punished!"

Then i fast forward to 12 hours, the pope using high level magic to change Rose's memories.

rose and laurel begging for help, begging for it to stop as they were both restrained, when the pope stopped the people restraining rose stopped and then she collapsed on the floor, the same thing happened to laurel.

Fast forward to the next day, laurel started working so hard until she faints. We left the space and back to reality, then i said "i plan on bringing your sister back... And kill that fucking pope..."

I extended my hand and asked "you in?" she took it and said "after everything i saw? Did you think i wouldn't!"

I then gave her orders "in the next 2 weeks i want you to drink blood from every creature you see, except vampires of course, completely drain that creature and Bury the corpse.

She asked "how do i turn into a bat?" i replied with "no fucking clue!" she stared at me then just sighed, then said "well I'll be going then!" she's a vampire dukess so her progress will be fast, i took a portion of her stats though.

I walked up to the governor in his room and he asked me "you have saved us from extinction... Although i may not be able to offer you much treasure i would like to reward you with whatever you wish as long as it is within my power."

I replied "i want 3 things! 1000 gold, because i promoted you to a count, next i want 1 caravan of weapons and armor! And lastly... Since you guys are leaving can i govern this place instead?"

He replied "under o-" then i reminded him "without me you'd be a pile of ashes right now" then he immediately said "i agree with all 3!"

After that i replied "leave them inside this building." after that i left then logged out before leaving, i left a letter to laurel "I'll be gone for a week but I'll be back."

When i removed my gear and checked the time it was 11 pm, so i immediately went to sleep because its a work day tomorrow.

I hope i don't run into crazies...
