Rae Bennett had a bit of trouble sleeping in a new bed, and she woke up early in the morning.

After washing up, she hesitated for a while, wondering whether she should give Wyatt Wright a call.

Forget it, it's still early.

The moment she opened the door, Wyatt was right there outside.

"When did you wake up?" She had no idea how long he had been waiting outside.

"Just woke up." Wyatt noticed that her shirt wasn't buttoned and thought about helping her, but as he lifted his hand, he retracted it again, "It's cold outside in the morning, you should button up."

Rae buttoned up her coat.

"Is your cough any better?"

"Yeah."

Wyatt helped her take down the room card: "Do you want something specific for breakfast?"

"There's a restaurant on the nineteenth floor."

Several times during breakfast, Rae wanted to say something but felt it wasn't the right moment, so she held back.

They had breakfast on the nineteenth floor of the hotel, and afterward, Wyatt went to check out.
