Marion rolled her eyes when she heard William's question which was getting out of context. Marion was indeed worried about William's condition, not because she was really worried about him, but rather because it would be worrying if William forced himself to take Marion home in unwell, right?
After all, isn't that her job?
Really? Does Marion really not care how William is now other than just carrying out her duties as a personal assistant—which she carries out without quotes—or in other words, really as a personal assistant?
Isn't there a little bit of anxiety that might stop for a moment in the cavity of her head and heart?
"W–what kind of question is that, sir? Do I have to answer it?" asked Marion whose face was starting to turn red like a plum.
The man still kept his gaze fixed on Marion's hazel bead, waiting for an honest answer from the girl. Because William can't read Marion's mind directly. "Of course, you have to answer. That's an order."
