Derek's POV
I feel like something's wrong, Colette and Daniel have been acting strangely, I'm not going to bother them with it though. Maybe it's just them trying to adjust to being back together again.
Scott's POV
The next day, everybody didn't want to go to school. The fact that Daniel had left to find his parents. Isaac had ignored all of us and had already left to his locker. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed that there was a new girl and boy, twins. They seemed to be the same age as us. "Hello new people, I'm Stiles and will be your voluntary guide for your first few days at our school" Stiles said, causing us to all cringe. The twins smiled at him before following Stiles through the school.
"I think something's off about them don't you think? Everybody who comes to Beacom Hills has some sort of reason to. Or they family does, either way we need to find out what they are here for and why" I nodded and we started following Stiles. After all our morning classes we found Stiles sitting with them outside. "Hey Stiles, and new people" We greeted, sitting down with them. The girl had light brown hair that was straightened and had blue eyes. The boy looked identical just with shorter hair and a slightly different face. "Actually its James and Jessica. They just moved here from Miami." Wow, that's a long way to get here. "That must have been a big change huh" They smiled and nodded.
"Well our little sister was really excited to come here actually. I don't know, she must have had a fell for the place or something." That little sister seems suspicious. "Oh and we know about, your wolf based problem" They knew, they knew about werewolves. "How?" They smirked and rolled up their sleeves, there was a tattoo of a single line and then twin triangles going through it, so it looks like an arrow with two heads. "You're wolves." They shook their heads. "Hunters actually"
"And we know about every werwolf and supernatural creature in Beacon Hills. Including the Hales" He said Hales with definite disgust towards it. "Bad past with them huh" Stiles said, they nodded. "Anyway, we have to be on time to pick up our sister up from kindergarten. See you later gang" I rolled my eyes and focused back on Stiles. "You just showed some Werewolf hunters around our school! Great, thanks Stiles, you're extremely useful" He glared at me. "Their family are the Venenums. They moved here with their sister and mother. The sister is four and a half, the mother is fifty something."
I raised my eyebrows at him. "Nice work" He did a fake salute. "That is a lot to take in one lunchtime. Allison, do you know them?" Allison was looking shocked at the people. "Y-yes." She stuttered breathless. "They're my cousins." I gulped, the Argent hunters were already ruthless, we didn't need more hunters just when we were starting to make an alliance with the Argents. "Well, should we warn Derek?" Interjected Isaac who had recently joined us. "No. He separated from us, we separate from him." Isaac frowned and walked away. Who woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning?
"Alright, there is no telling Derek." Lydia immediately replied. "But what about Daniel! He is an innocent boy Scott!" She protested. "No Lydia, he left us and he is one of them. We can't trust the Hales." I concluded. All the girls stormed off, leaving just Stiles and I. "Swear to secrecy?" He nodded and we did a weird handshake. "Sworn to death, that is if Derek doesn't torture me into telling, then you're on your own buddy" I rolled my eyes but agreed.
I continued throughout the day with the lingering thought of the new hunters in town. I will not be caught with them, and I will most definitely not be caught with Derek. James and Jessica don't know what's coming for them.
Jess' POV
James and I walked out the school with sly smirks on our faces. Stupid werewolves, and I mean, not so clever cousin for teaming up with them. But to be honest, the only people we're after are the ones we have a problem with. If those teenagers get on our bad-side, they'll have to face the wrath of the Venenums. You might think that our name seems stupid. Well you're quite wrong there, Venenums is latin for posion, and those werewolves are going to know just how much venenum they can have in take in one go.
We got to our sister's kindergarten and walked up to the woman they call receptionist. She sisnt very ladylike and is one of the most bland and vague people would would ever be able to meet. I know I sound harsh, but damn she deserves it. "We're here to pick up Willow Venenum" The lady nodded and took a sip of her pink kitten mug, then placing it down onto a hot pink coaster. She pressed a button on the phone and it seemed to call Willow's classroom. Someone on the other end answered. "Willow Venenum needs to get her things, her siblings are here to collect her"
The person on the other side replied with an 'okay' before hanging up. "She should be here in just a few moments" We nodded and I sat down on one of the black leather sofas. I tapped my knee a couple of times before our four and a half year old sister came sulking from her classroom. "What's with that frown huh?" I asked as we headed towards my twin brothers car that was only a free blocks down from her kindergarten. "I don't know!" She snapped before storming off ahead of us. Jeez, what's gotten into her today? We finally reached the car and found Willow standing there tapping her foor impatiently. "Can we go now?"
She had always had a small lisp and we found it adorable, but in this moment I was angry at her. "Willow, you can't just go storming off like that! Especially around car, you could get hurt okay?" She huffed and rolled her eyes at me. Oh heck no! "Listen here young lady, that is no way to speak to us like that! You need to respect everybody, not be rude and arrogant alright?" She just turned away from me and climbed itnobher seat and buckled herself in. I have no clue what is up with her today, I need to tell Mom before Willow acts up with her too.
"She has a hell of an attitude for a four year old"
