"Shall we go?"

Giving one more look around, she confirmed that everything looked normal before nodding her head. She had slipped on a mask and a hat for both her usual precautions and to cover her awkwardness. A poker face could only do so much and every look would make her doubt if they knew. It was at times like this she was happy she carried around masks. 

They left the room together and slowly made their way towards the stairs. The waitress who served them could not be seen but she had a feeling that the bill was already covered. It seemed like something he would do, to just deal with the bill prior to them eating. 

The pace was steady but they were out the building in under five minutes. The minute the fresh air touched her skin a wave of relief flew through her. Being outside meant they successfully left the *crime* scene unnoticed and that they were this much closer to her showering.
