"You Can Let Me Go"

Shane's face looked furious. According to his words, if he stayed in the base with his rage, then he would turn into a wolf and he might attack anyone who angered him.

Even while by his side, Jade didn't dare to talk to him even if she said a few words. 

Because Jade's presence at Shane's headquarters when his parents arrived was not welcomed, it made Shane angry and felt bad for her. Though Shane could see how excited Jade was to meet Samuel and Terry.

Jade was a bit surprised to find that Shane didn't turn towards Zack's house. He instead headed towards Jade's apartment without saying anything to her. But Jade didn't protest or ask why.

She knew that Shane needed time to unwind. And if sex is applied to relieve his fatigue at this time, not a problem for Jade. She would serve him as a mate.

"Sorry," Shane said suddenly.

"What for?"

"Not heading to your house. I want to spend the night at your apartment," Shane said.
