Chapter 1

Lilly is waiting outside of the bar. She is so much worried and looks like she is waiting for someone.

She is so tensed and biting her nails. From time to time, she is looking at the door.

She is continuously looking at the time on her phone and looking at the entrance hoping to see someone.

But the person is not coming.

The seconds and minutes are passing by, but the person is not coming.

Then she could not wait anymore and opened her dialled pad in her phone to call that person.

Just then, when she was about to dial, a slender and fair woman entered the bar.

She is in her tees and pants. She also looked so tense.

Lilly was relaxed only after seeing her.

She patted her chest and said, "Finally, finally you came."

"Do you know how much I was afraid that the manager will come before us?"

This woman is always late. And she will never take anything seriously. If the manager sees that she is still not there on time, he will again dance like he was stepped on burning coal.

Amber said, "I am sorry Lilly. I know you were worried about me. But what I can do."

"I just want to cook something for mom before she returns home. But it became late."

Amber took Lilly's hand into her hand and said, "I am sorry. I know you are worried about me."

She knew that she is worried about her.

In this world, if she has anyone in this whole world other than her mother, then it is only Lilly. She is her childhood friend. 

Lilly and Amber started walking together.

Lilly smiled and said, "Amber, why do you take so much stress."

"You are already working so much."

"You are going to college in the morning and working in this bar at the night."

"Don't you think it is too much on yourself?"

"Just be an easy babe and enjoy life too."

Lilly is just worried about Amber's health.

She also needs rest. She is attending college in the morning and in the evening, she is working in the bar as the bartender.

Then now she still wants to cook for her mother so that her mother can be relaxed.

How much she will work? She is also a human right?

She also needs rest.

The youngsters who are of her age are worried about their parties, pubs, and boyfriends.

But she is worried about her mother and education. It is too much for a 19-year-old woman.

Amber smiled and said, "Lilly. I also want to enjoy it. But I don't want to. I want my mother to relax for some time."

"Since I am a child, she has worked hard to raise me and feed me."

"And she is still working to pay my college fees and fulfil my needs."

"She has never enjoyed anything in her life."

"So, at least I want to give this little relaxation to her, so that she can go home and eat something."

"That is why I am doing it. Anyway, I love to cook food. I don't feel it like a burden."

Lilli said, "I know Amber. I am just worried about you."

Amber said, "Lilly, my mother has only me in this world to think about her. My father left my mother before I was born for a rich woman. Since then, she is raising me alone. She did not even marry anyone for me."

"So, I think it is my responsibility to take care of my mother."

Lilly nodded her head and her shoulders and said, "Okay, I know that girl. You say that daily."

"Now stop it and join the work."

She pushed Amber to go to the table.

Amber frowned and said, "What? Why are you pushing only me?"

"Are you not coming with me?"

Lilly is also working with her. So why she is telling only her to go?

Is she not coming with her?

Lilly smiled and said, "No babe."

"Today I am not working. Today I am going on date with my boyfriend."

Lilly said that she is going on date with her boyfriend. That is why she is not coming to work.

Amber said, "Oh! So that is the thing. Okay. Go and enjoy. I will go on to the desk."

She said this and she went to the table.

Lilly put on her coat and went to the entrance to check if her boyfriend is there.

The night had started. The pub is filled with a lot of people.

People started coming. As it is Friday, so many people will come to the pub to relax from all the tension, stress of the week and make themselves relax and start their week with new energy.

In B city winter started very early.

So, the cool air is flowing outside which is pushing people more to have some wine which can make their bodies warm.

Amber also started working.

She is serving the drinks to the people who are coming to the table.

Just like that the whole pub got crowded.

So many people started coming inside.

Lilly's boyfriend also came to the pub.

Actually, Lilly wants to spend time with her boyfriend in the same pub. But her boyfriend suggested it is better to go somewhere else as her friend and work colleagues will be there.

So, he left with her to another place to have a good time.

After some time, a group of people came to the pub. Looks like they are all from the rich group.

They all came to enjoy a birthday party.

Amber is seeing so many people since she joined here.

She is very careful of rich people and never messes with them.

Because she knows that they can do anything.

They give her a difficult time. So, she always avoids them and whenever they came, she makes sure she is not available at the table. She asks her dear friend William to take care of them.

But whatever we do we cannot escape fate, right? That night changed Amber's life forever.
