She changed the subject.
"Should we do something to break the situation?"
If a fight was taking too long, the referee or the High Priest of the arena could spice things up a bit so things settled faster.
"I suppose," Lucas sighed. "Since our alignments are the same as the fighters, let's negotiate the rules we shall impose."
Kitara nodded. "Lorn cannot spread his soul around the arena."
Lucas smiled amusedly. "In that case, Elan cannot dive into shadows."
"No."
That was too big of a handicap. Elan would have no chance at all.
"In that case, I shall allow Lorn to see through the shadows."
"No."
That was the same as Elan being out in the wild.
"Are you sure? Elan can take care of himself with his illusions and his Shadowspawn."
"There's still the Dream Shrike, who can ignore all that."
Lucas shrugged.
"In that case… the Dream Shrike cannot use its skills unless Lorn hits one of his Blackouts."
