ANGELS AND EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM

A/N: You can skip this chapter as it is just an auxiliary chapter where I will be posting everything about the angels as a species. There is a separate chapter about demons, and I may make one for humans if I decide to make their presence in the book bigger.

Looks:

The general look of an angel is clean. Many have light colored hair, ranging from blonde to brunette. 

Their eyes are also generally light colored. 

They also have golden halos above their heads. The brightness of the halo depends on how strong the holy power of the angel is.

All angels have wings. The base color of the wings is all white. There are different streaks in the wings that show which Angel Powers the Angel is best at. This is the same thing that shows which type of angel the angel is. 

Female angels like to keep their hair long.

Types of Angels: (You can also think of them as the species of angels)

Angels of Fire: 

They are adept at using Holy Fire. Their main weapon is usually long swords, dual daggers, and bows and arrows. They generally wear red accents on their robes. Most of the time, they have auburn hair and green eyes.

The male angels of fire are usually tall and slightly muscular. 

The female angels of fire are very short and have an explosive temper. They enjoy sparring as a pastime.

Angels of Water:

They are adept at using holy water. Their main weapons include staffs, spears, chakrams and curved swords. They generally wear blue accents on their robes. Most of the time, they have blonde hair and blue eyes or green eyes. 

The male angels of water are usually very tall and slender with muscles that look invisible under their robes. They are, most of the time, the tallest bunch of angels. They are generally calm and gentle.

The female angels of water are also very tall, and they are usually calm like the water. Many of them enjoy embroidery as a pastime.

Angels of Wind:

They are adept as using Holy Light. They are sometimes referred to as angels of light. They are the messengers of the heavens. Their main weapons include bladed fans, bow staffs, katanas or rapiers, and scythes. Most of the time they have silver hair and silver eyes. Their color accent is gold, which they wear with their robes.

Male angels do not speak much. They are the lankiest out of all angels. But they are not as tall as Angels of Water. However, they are the fastest and can fly faster than all other angels of other types.

Female angels are shorter than those of Angels of Water and Fire. They are usually very slender, and they love going on flight races with each other as a pastime. 

Terms:

Holy power: The power that angels use to control their angel powers.

Angel powers: The abilities that manifest in angels as their holy power increases.

The stronger the holy power, the higher the angel powers they can use, and therefore the higher the level of the angel.

Fallen Angel: This is an angel banished to the human realm with no job.

Corrupted Angel: Those that have defected from the Angel teachings and have joined forces with the demons.

Exiled Angel: This is an angel who has been stripped of immortality and has been banished from heaven.

Portal: Except for the naturally occurring portals, the Angels of Wind are the ones that usually open portals to the other realms. This is because portals happen thanks to Holy Light, and they are the ones who have the best mastery over it.

Level of angels

1. Low tier: 3 levels

2. Mid-tier: 3 levels

3. High tier: 2 levels

NOTE: All angels can use holy light from birth. The higher the rank, the stronger the Holy Light

1. Low-tier

1a. Low tier three

This is the weakest level.

Holy power is the weakest

Angels in this level cannot use Holy fire

Holy water can only cure low-level illnesses, e.g., common colds.

Angels in this level cannot use Holy growth

1b. Low tier two

Holy power is slightly stronger

Holy water can cure all common illnesses but cannot cure any poisons

Angels in this level cannot use holy fire 

Angels in this level cannot use holy growth

1c. Low-tier one

Holy power here is the strongest in all the low-tier levels

Holy water can cure any illness that does not stem from a curse 

Angels in this level cannot use holy fire

Angels in this level cannot use holy growth

Angels are given staffs, which help to control their holy powers

2. Mid-tier

2a. Mid-tier three

The Holy power here is stronger than in all low-tier levels

Angel can use holy fire at very low levels

Holy Fire can burn low-level curses but is not strong enough to harm demons

Holy Water can cure all illnesses that do not come as a result of curses.

Angels in this level cannot use holy growth

2b. Mid-tier two

Angels get their halo here

Holy power is stronger than in mid-tier three

The Holy Fire can burn some high-level curses and all low-level and mid-level curses

Holy water is the same as mid-teir three

Angels cannot use holy growth

2c. Mid-tier one

Holy power is strongest in mid-tier 

Angels cannot use holy growth

Holy fire can burn all curses

An angel has perfected control over holy water and can put out holy fire

Holy water is not yet strong enough to put out hellfire.

Holy fire can burn things other than curses but is not hot enough to burn demons

3. High-tier

3a. High-tier two

Angels attain holy growth here. They can grow plants over a small area.

The plants are controllable to the extent that the angel wills it, but there is no perfect control yet.

Holy fire can burn low-level and some mid-level demons

Holy water can put out a holy fire and harm mid-level demons, but not too much.

3b. High-tier one

Holy growth to grow plants over a large area with perfect control

Holy fire can burn all mid-level and low-level demons

Holy water can do serious damage to all high ranked demons

Holy water can put out hellfire
