Aditya and his group stood in front of the teleportation building in Sun City, preparing to depart for Blue Sea City. In two days, the Mystic Mountain sect would hold a sect competition.
"Take care, Aditya," Vikram told him, hugging him tightly. He continued, "You need to be extremely cautious out there; the cultivation world is unforgiving. The guards will assist you with your tasks and keep me informed of your progress in the sect competition."
"I will be careful, Grandpa," Aditya assured Vikram.
"I am proud of you, Aditya. Show the entire Eastern continent how powerful the young cultivators from the Sun Kingdom are," King Rudra encouraged, patting Aditya on the back.
Aditya nodded at him and said, "Yes, Uncle Rudra, I will gladly showcase my talents."
Some noble families also came to bid farewell to Aditya, and he acknowledged them with a nod.
After exchanging more greetings with Vikram and Rudra, Aditya headed to the teleportation building.
On the ground floor of the building, a raised platform awaited Aditya, along with Riya, Siya, Chikni, Sheila, Aditi, Aakansha, and four new guards who were accompanying them to Blue Sea City. Aditi was also with them. Aditya had informed Vikram about Aditi and their relationship.
Vikram was somewhat uncomfortable with Aditya having a relationship with a widow, but he respected Aditya's decision. Aakansha had reached the Qi Condensation realm and was coming along. She intended to cultivate in Blue Sea City and participate in the competition.
The four new guards were all young women, the most talented cultivators in the clan, and they had requested Vikram to serve as Aditya's new guards. They were not directly related to Aditya but hoped to become his concubines.
"Young master, are you ready for teleportation?" one of the teleportation workers asked Aditya.
Aditya and his group stood inside the circle on the raised platform. Five white cylindrical pillars surrounded them, and the platform's ground was covered in formation symbols.
"Yes, we are ready," Aditya told him, glancing at Vikram, Rudra, and others on the ground below.
"Grandpa, Uncle Rudra, okay, goodbye; I will make both of you proud," Aditya shouted cheerfully.
The teleportation platform activated as the workers inserted thousands of spirit stones, enveloping the platform in a bright light.
BOOM
Aditya and his group found themselves teleporting, feeling disoriented due to the long distance to Blue Sea City from Sun City. They would have to take multiple city teleportations to reach their destination, as even cultivators couldn't endure too much teleportation without risking injury.
BOOM
They arrived in a new city, Kanchipuram, the capital city of the Pallava kingdom.
"Let me handle this, Young Master Aditya," one of Aditya's guards told him.
She approached one of the workers, handed him spirit stones, informed him of their next destination, and then rejoined Aditya's group. She was as beautiful as the other three guard women and gave Aditya a smile.
Aditya nodded at her. In a few minutes, the platform was enveloped in white light again, and they teleported to another city. They repeated this multiple times, and after five teleportations, they finally reached Blue Sea City.
Aditya and his group stepped off the platform and descended the stairs, surrounded by numerous teleportation platforms, possibly more than a hundred.
"Wow, Adi, they have over a hundred teleportation platforms here," Siya exclaimed as she approached Aditya, playfully holding his right hand and glancing provocatively at Aditi.
Aditi didn't react to her teasing and instead looked around. Aakansha appeared to be the most excited, running around cheerfully. She was thrilled to be cultivating and traveling beyond her home.
"Yes, it's a much larger teleportation area than in our kingdom, and I can see powerful cultivators everywhere; even the teleportation workers are in the Nascent Soul realm," Aditya responded to Siya and checked the strength of the cultivators around him with the system.
They proceeded to the exit, where they found themselves waiting in line alongside other visitors. City guards were checking everyone's identities and reasons for visiting the city.
Aditya and his group joined the queue. Riya took out several snacks from her space ring and shared them with everyone. Aditya's guards were also fascinated by the surroundings and conversed quietly among themselves. After an hour, their group reached the security guards.
"Show your identity proof and state your reason for visiting Blue Sea City," a guard requested of Aditya. The guards themselves were in the late stages of the Nascent Soul realm.
"We are all from the Sun Kingdom in the south, and here are our identity proofs," Aditya handed over his and his group's identity proofs to the guards.
The identity proofs were paper documents with the Sun Kingdom's insignia and formation mark to identify them. Cultivators in the Sun Kingdom needed to obtain these documents through legal procedures to be eligible for teleportation.
"Some members of our group will be participating in the sect competition for the Mystic Mountain sect; that's why we are here," Aditya explained.
The guards verified their identity documents and asked a few more questions before allowing them to exit the teleportation building.
Aditya and his group stepped out of the teleportation building.
"Wow," Aditya exclaimed, looking around in awe. His companions shared his wonderment. They all gazed in disbelief at the sprawling city below.
They stood on a hill overlooking the city, which boasted hundreds of tall buildings with up to 400 floors. Thousands of cultivators soared through the air on flying spirit swords and artifacts. The city spanned around 2 thousand kilometers in radius and housed a population of more than 10 million.
Aditya also spotted a vast ocean to the north of the city, with a beautiful beach visible from their vantage point.
"You guys, keep moving; don't obstruct other cultivators," one of the guards called from behind Aditya.
"Look at these first-time visitors; many of them have their mouths wide open," another guard chuckled.
Aditya and his group regained their composure after several minutes. Aditya held Siya and Riya's hands and started descending the steps toward the city. Aditi and Aakansha followed him, while his guards trailed behind.
Aditya gazed at the new city, where he would demonstrate his strength and seek to become more powerful. He also eagerly anticipated reuniting with Bhumika; it had been several weeks since they last met.
