Avery and Ari helped me pack my clothes for next week. We sat in my room while I lay down on my bed and listened to music with my earphones. The girls are having a bit too much fun picking my outfits. I can only hope there will be actual clothes that I can wear in that suitcase, or I might traumatize my grandmother for life.
Ari held up my shorts that I'm sure will be too small for me. "You can wear this outside, but make sure you wear a tank top with it instead of a shirt, got it?"
I brought my fingers behind my back and crossed my middle and index finger. "Promise." Yeah right.
Just then, the doorbell rang downstairs, and I stood up with Tell Me I'm A Wreck by Every Avenue playing in my head. "I'll go get it."
