Abel looked around him and saw what was left of the area where the whole battle had taken place. The summit was completely devastated and looked like an apocalypse had recently occurred in the area. The battleground was completely wrecked and was filled with broken pieces of red hot rock. Magma from the rocks that had melted flowed down the side of the volcano or directly into the volcano's crater.
The heat emitted from the lava was the most interesting. Normal heat would make one feel hot and sweat. This heat also made one feel hot but the difference was that it did not induce sweating and it stung badly on the skin. It somehow felt as if was somewhat already on fire and Abel wondered how it would feel if one was actually set on fire by the red flames. It made Abel even more interested in the DAO the primal fire was studying.
